Isuma Kerasoki - Carmine Demon  Isuma was seated next to the window of the café as he sipped his diet coka cola while munching on a small bag of bamboo shoots he bought that very morning on his way to school. "math, science, history, & art homework all due in two days... why can't I ever get a break from the piles of homework I get everyday..." Isuma asked himself as he popped another bamboo shoot into his mouth as he thought over how he was going to finish it all in time. Isuma took another sip from his drink as he remembered he was going to check in on bb to see who was going to fight today.
"it's been two days since I've logged in over there wonder what I've missed over there?" Isuma asked himself quietly before popping in another bamboo shoot.

Ciel walked to the café and looked at her watch, she had some time until she starts volunteer work at the library. She waited until she was seated but noticed a familiar face, Isuma. She asked if she could sit close to him and the host nodded then set her at the same table. "Hi, Isuma." said Ciel with a smile.

Isuma Kerasoki - Carmine Demon Isuma was focused on what he needed to do that he didn't see one of his fellow classmates walk in and sit down at his tablet. "huh, oh hey Ciel didn't see you there.." Isuma said as he turned off his neural link and looked at the girl. "how are you?" Isuma asked as he ate another bamboo shoot. Isuma held up the bag of bamboo shoots offering her one.

Ciel smiled and noticed his neural link. "He has one too?" thought Ciel. She looked back over at Isuma, pushing her glasses to her nose first. She knew Isuma's name, they attended the same school and he doesn't live far from her house. She noticed him offering her a bamboo shoot and nodded at his offer. "I'm doing great, you?" she asked.

Isuma Kerasoki - Carmine Demon Isuma smiled softly when she nodded to his offer. "that's good, I'm alright just a bit over worked by school and my job." Isuma said as he took a sip from his drink. Isuma knew Ciel from around school, and the few times the two of them had walked home together on rainy days when she had forgotten her umbrella or he had forgotten his, though even though they didn't talk much he also knew her brother when he's out shopping during Isuma's shift at work. "how's your brother doing?" Isuma asked as he tried making small talk.

Ciel smiled back. Isuma and Ciel known each other from school, sometimes they even walked home together even when it rains and she forgets her umbrella or he forgot his....they'd share an umbrella. She heard Isuma and her smile grew. "He's doing great. Right now, he's really happy because brother told me he's so close to getting promoted at work."

Isuma looked out the window watching all the people walking by as he let out a small sigh. "so anything new going on in your life?" Isuma asked as he ate another bamboo shoot.

"I will." said Ciel. She took her glasses off and cleaned them, making small talk is not one of her strong suits. She put her glasses back on and softly smiled. "Nothing much, just a lot of homework." Ciel doesn't talk much about her neural link, she sometimes isn't on much due to homework.

"yeah I know what you mean, I came here to calm my mind enough so when I get home I won't be to frustrated before I even start, well at least you have your brother to help you out with it." Isuma stated as he finished off his drink. "well I better get going I only get an hour to work on my homework before I have to get ready for work, I'll see you around maybe on the schools vertual reality hangout area." Isuma said as he stood up putting the rest of the bamboo shoots into his jacket pocket and was about to throw away his cup.

Ciel listened to Isuma, she's glad she found a way to find a balance her time in virtual reality and studies. She watched as he stood up and smiled. "It was nice talking to you, Isuma. I'll see you around the hangout area too."

Isuma Kerasoki - Carmine Demon Isuma nodded to her before looking out the window. "yeah, I'm sure you will.. hey if you want I could walk you to school tomorrow, we could talk more then?" Isuma said with a kind tone. He walked over to the trashcan and threw away his cup before walking back over to the table. "I usually leave home around 4am, it gives me enough time to pick up my lunch for school while also allowing me to walk around town before school starts. But you don't have to if you don't want too.." Isuma said as he explained his morning routines before school.

Ciel took Isuma's hand and let go after he sent her a friend request. She waved back at him with a smile. "See you tomorrow." said Ciel. She sighed softly after he left, now she has nobody to talk to in the café. Soon, she got a call from her brother asking her to come home because she forgot something, just when her iced coffee was served. "Um...may I take that to go?" The waitress nodded and walked back to put it in a to-go cup. Ciel got out her wallet and paid the waitress before leaving with her iced coffee.(exit)
