I most 1000% agree with the gryphon idea /not biased at all
I like the idea of arctic as well, furry and fluffy could be really cute. You've done winged already, so anything sea / water / amphibious could be interesting! Also maybe other elements, fire/ice/grass/etc/ w/e based.
Dragon is interesting, but since you already have demonic, I don't think it would be that different, except for perhaps tail.
Maybe like...different horned audio, like goat horns / ram horns / deer horns/antlers, etc (deeeeeeer).
Shadows are also fun to play with, though I'm not sure how well that could translate onto audios (idk like shadowy audios??)
You could do equestrian-legged / based audio, both cloven and single hoofed. Rabbits also can be super cute, with long, drapey ears!
