This chaotic little place is probably one of the least interesting places of Iwa. It's in here where you'll make the tons of rolls and random numbers you'll need to use to determine what encouters are met, levels, etc.
Instead of swamping our RP threads with eyesore roll posts, we'll do the multiple rolls and number generations here and post them all cleanly in the topic afterwards in a single post. A clean thread is a beautiful thread people!
Types of rolls that should be made here:
1. Encounter determination rolls (not the initial encounter but everything afterwards, level, type, etc.) 2. Constitution checks to maintain travel speed. Although they may be a good RP opportunity) 3. Damage rolls (still make the calculation clear so we can follow and simply post the result in the attack post in the main thread, if possible linking to your damage roll here) 4. Any other roll that's not RPable and would uselessly clutter the main threads.
Types of rolls that should not be here:
1. Initial encounter roll (the one that determines what you are facing.) 2. Initiative checks (some good RP can be made there if players gaud each other) 3. Attack rolls (do those in the mainthread so we understand what's going on.) 4. Any roll that might show an action or lead to an interaction.

1. Sprinting : 20 paces + [d20] paces + [Athletics] paces
= 20 + 18 + 2 = 40
2. Con DC (May or may not be used?)
= 18 (Pass)

Sneak Attack = 4 + (10 - 1) = 13
I'm attacking under the assumption that the fight has already begun once I reach the vicinity.

Cleric Saphire Sneak Attack = 4 + (10 - 1) = 13 I'm attacking under the assumption that the fight has already begun once I reach the vicinity. You have to do a stealth check ... and not be detected by the puma. And roll initiative.

Sneak mod: 2 So... attack roll is 6 + 1 = 7? I think? Katana Damage: (4 - 12) + (1.5 x Str Mod [2]) + (1 - 2) per 4 in Katana [(5 - 10)] = (4 - 12) + 3 + (5 - 10) = (12 - 25) Quote: Sneak Attack: To make a sneak attack you must be successfully concealed somewhere (ie. opponent failed the Awareness DC to detect you, etc.). Simply make a normal attack roll, but add on the Sneak Attack bonuses, which are determined by the amount of points you have in that skill. Every 2 points in Sneak Attack gives you a +1 to your attack roll when launching a sneak attack. For every 10 points, reduce the natural roll needed to make a Critical Hit (20) by 1. So, if you have 20 points in Sneak Attack, you only need to make a natural roll of 18 to score a critical hit. When you inflict a critical hit during a Sneak Attack, you inflict a Critical Wound (-8 Hp per turn). If you used a weapon that causes Bleeding damage, that damage is doubled to -4 Hp per turn. Wait wait wait.... let me try figuring this out.... @_@
