Yugioh had left Jesus Christ number 7 for 6 in hand cards. I recall the day when Yugioh hand limit was seven on your first turn. Yugioh made it now to where its 5 cards before first draw phase to be 6.
I am leaving Yugioh, I am not playing anymore hidden devil games

I think you may be looking too far into it.
For one thing, the number 6 is not the Devil's (or Beast's) number. Only the three consecutive 6s make his number. But also, the number 666, as used by the Beast, is used in a particular time and method, specifically as a means to control literally the entire world and to forcibly separate the Christians from the Beast-worshipers.
Satan tries to thwart God by taking and abusing what belongs to God which God created. The same can be said of the number of the Beast (which again, I must stress, is not a single digit, but three).
Do you hate and reject all things to do with lions because Satan is called a "hungry lion?" Remember that Jesus is called "the Lion of the Tribe of Judah." Do you hate and reject all things to do with light because Lucifer is called "the angel of light?" Remember that Jesus is "the Way, the Truth, and the Light." Do you hate and reject goats, which are commonly used in various forms of Satanic worship? Remember that goats are considered kosher and were approved of for sacrifice and consumption for the ancient Hebrews.
Nowhere does the Bible say you must fear or reject the number 6 (or any of His other creations which are sometimes used sinfully). Try to remember, God created the number 6 (in 6 days He made the universe and everything in it--including His most precious creation, man!). He created and used the number 6 long before Satan came into the picture, and long before the Biblical prophecy of the Beast. It was His number first, which Satan steals from Him, as he does with everything else he attempts to use as his source of power.
In card games, it is common for a few rules to change over time in an effort to increase playability in one way or another. A reduction in card numbers sounds to me like a hand of 7 may have been over-powerful, especially if they have created new gameplay elements (basically nerfing certain tactics so that one player can't overwhelmingly stomp another player). Leaving it at 7 may have created too much power, or a certain tactic which would be too easily abused by players, but reducing it further would have made the game unplayable. Or perhaps they intended to adjust playing time.
Unless Konami included any rules that makes you repeat a pattern with the number 6 three times (something more sophisticated than a minimum play time of 3 rounds or something along those lines, as the number 3 is highly common and practical in daily life), or makes other more blatant references, I don't think you should worry too much about it. The reason the Bible gives us warnings about the Beast's number is because anyone who *accepts* the mark of the Beast (in other words, openly denies or defies God's Word and His prophecies) will not inherit a place in Heaven. But you are going to encounter virtually every imaginable mathematical figure during your lifetime, and that includes the number 6, in a variety of ways-- everything from 6 cards in a hand of a game, to a $6.66 grocery store purchase, to experiencing your 66th birthday in June (or on April 6th, or in the year 2016). God doesn't curse any of these other uses of these numbers. He only curses those who follow Satan and openly deny Christ, which I don't believe a hand of 6 in a card game can properly represent.
(Did you know there are 66 books in the Bible?)
I hope this helps to put your mind at ease.

Well. I don't think Yugioh is a very wholesome (or Godly) franchise, but I do agree with Sailor Cronus in that the number six in itself isn't an evil number. I'm more concerned with the themes of reincarnation, the pentagrams, magic symbols, god-cards, demon cards, etc. than I am with a number.
