I don't remember when I got it, but it's at least a year or two old. it's a wacom bamboo, and i've only drawn with it a handful of times. i feel so dumb gonk

Sketchbook Express is a free program that's pretty good. My only issue with it is that it doesn't have a cursor stabilizer. This is what I'm currently using. Also, it doesn't begin with transparent background so I have to send the saved versions over to clippingmagic.com. When I find a program that fits all my requirements I'll let you know.
