Still Counting - Volbeat

[Introducing first from Covington, Washington. Weighing in at 223 pounds. Kelly King. 2 . 0!]

Fireworks went off above the stage, igniting as they fell down to create the visage of golden rain falling down on the set. The fans stood up and started to boo the sound of the legendary theme music of Kelly King 2.0. Set for another match at WrestleMania, King's stock was never very high at these sorts of events, as he was a solid 0-3 at WWFG's WrestleMania thus far, but not for a lack of trying. A shadow in the dark, behind the golden rain, as King walked into the fire, protected by his cloak, hat, and mask. He stepped out onto the stage, throwing the cape and hat and mask away without a second thought, tossing them to a stage hand, and disrobing on the main stage until he was only in his wrestling gear. Kelly King 2.0 stood on the stage, listening to the rock of his own music, as though he were waiting for something. And it turned out, he was. Slowly in front of him, raised up on a pedastal, came the legendary, hall of fame weapon Scepter the Sledgehammer.

Look Deep Into Yourself Before You Blame
All Others For Betrayal. For Betrayal.
"I Promise", So Easy To Say, And Easy You Failed
And You Do It Again

King slowly unlatched the sledgehammer from its holding place on the weapons rack, before watching the rack slowly lower itself again into the stage itself. 2.0 looked out at all the fans, holding the ancestral weapon of the King House, before smirking at the enormous crowd and turning around. 2.0 looked at the stage. His music was still playing while some stage hands walked out a stone statue of Hiro. 2.0 gauged the statue on the set and smirked at it, running his hand over the mock hair of the avatar, before gently setting his hammer's head atop the mockery of his opponent. With an enormous, hefty swing of his hammer, King split the stone skull of Hiro open, and with a second swing, he removed the head from the shoulders. Stalking along, it was the third swing that turned Hiro's head into a fine dust.

Well Maybe You Think Your Lie Is Safe
But I Read You Like A Letter. Like a Letter.
Your Charm Does Not Even The Pain.
It Fills Me With Rage. And I Do It Again.

2.0 kicked up the dust from Hiro's stone brain matter, as he stalked down to the ring with his weapon and cracked his neck as he walked. He looked at the fans at ringside, threatening a few of them with his sledgehammer as he did. King laughed when a little kid in particular recoiled in fear and cried. King continued his walk, until he got to the steel steps, which he walked up and into the ring. King kept the hammer close with him, approaching his favorite corner in the ring and climbing up to survey 75,000 WWFG fans who came to see Hiro beat King. 2.0 shook his head and lifted his hammer up with both hands.

Well Music Seems To Cover
All The Liquid Through The Colors
Well I Turn My Back And Go For
All The Better Things In Order

King leapt down from the corner and walked into the center of the ring. Holding the hammer as close to it's head as he could, he crouched in the middle of the ring and used his other hand to beckon his opponent to enter.

Kelly King 2.0's music dies down as he waits in the ring, the fans beginning many negative chants for him, cheering for Hiro. The Ethnic Enigma, the Cuban-Jap, the Hero, the Role Model...It was finally time for Hiro to come out and seek some revenge on that son of a b***h. The man who left him for dead at the hands of a bunch of racists. It's hard for someone like Hiro to really forgive such a travesty, a terrible, terrible event. He thought that perhaps he and King had finally gotten over their problems, but no, King decided they'd stay alive. Wherever the men met, whenever their paths crossed, Hiro made it a point to attack King. To remind him that Hiro wasn't a forgetting man.

Ehehehehehehe.....

The laugh echoed around the huge arena, the thousands upon thousands of fans in attendance getting a collective chill up their spins. That laugh...didn't...sound...normal....

On a long and lonesome highway east of Omaha...
You can listen to the engines, moanin' out it's one old song
You can think about the woman, or the girl you knew the night before

But your thoughts will soon be wandering the way they always do
When you're riding sixteen hours and there's nothing much to do
You don't feel much like ridin', you just wish the trip was through

The lights dimmed enough to make the arena go pitch black. Fans screamed, saying stupid s**t while it was obviously time to keep quiet. "Turn the Page" by Metallica began to blast out of the speakers filling the gigantic arena, and it sounded quite...organic. A platform began to lift out from the side of the ring, and appearing was the band themselves, Metallica. The fans roared as a red spot light covered the group, Hetfield's growl being extra prevalent tonight.

But here I am, on the road again
There I am, up on the stage
There I go, playing the star again
There I go, turn the page

James Hetfield continued as the fans roared on. The electricity in the arena was insane as Wrestlemania was experiencing a Metallica concert right in the middle of the show! As James sang that last verse, turn the page, A spotlight shone on the stage, and out from the back came King's opponent for the night.

Hiro walks out on to the stage, the extremely dry blood and scars being very visible. He heads out and looks over at Metallica performing, Hetfield pointing at him and nodding as he continued. Hiro didn't acknowledge him at all.

You walk into a restaurant, strung out from the road
And you feel the eyes upon you, as you're shaking off the cold
You pretend it doesn't bother you, but you just want to explode
And most times you can't hear 'em talk, other times you can

All the same 'ole cliches: is it woman? Is it man?
And you always seem outnumbered, you dare not make a stand, make your stand!

Hiro heads down the ramp, the spotlight following him as it becomes nearly impossible to see the fans any longer. The camera focuses in on his face, the man having a slight grin, his blood stained teeth showing quite well. His eyes were trained on King, and those eyes told a story. A story of hate. It's something Hiro's always known. He loved King. He looked up to him. When King returned to WWE:E and Hiro confronted him, he expected to be received well. He wasn't, as time went on. Hiro and King had been fighting over and over, promos and a memorable ladder match, which all came to a head at a PPV. King left Hiro for DEAD against Jamie Bader, the GM of this company, and Freakshow, the Superior Class inductee. Such terrible people in power. Now, it was Hiro's time show who the terrible person was. Reaching the ring, Hiro pulled himself in, the lights returning as James Hetfield slammed down on his guitar and sang once more.

But here I am, on the road again
There I am, up on the stage
There I go, playing the star again
There I go, turn the page

There I go, turn that page
There I go, yeah, there I go, yeah
There I go, yeah, Here I go
There I go, there I go

And I'm gone

The lights came on entirely once more, and Hiro removed his jacket, tossing it to the side. He was not afraid of King at all. He wasn't deterred by him. He wasnt even losing his cool like he usually would when he saw 2.0. The fans were stunned to see Hiro's face and his demeanor, looking like stone, with a heated core of hatred.

"Introducing the opponent, from Tokyo, Japan...He is the Most HATED Man in Wrestling HISTORYYYYYYY, HIRO."

The music entirely died out, Metallica dispersing from the ring as the two men locked eyes in the ring, Hiro's grin growing bigger. He was ready to again...unleashed the hatred.

King stalked back and forth in the ring as the Cuban-Jap made his way into the ring, but it wasn't true what the Ring Announcer said about Hiro. He wasn't the most hated man in all of professional wrestling.

Hiro was The Most Hateful Man in Wrestling History.

Tonight, King was going to run him down. And it started with an attempted strike to the stomach with Scepter the Sledgehammer.

Hiro was the BBW Champion. He didnt carry the belt around with him and he wasn't supposed to acknowledge the fact he was the champion outside of the company. However, this feud with Kelly King...it didn't follow the rules. It wasn't conventional. It was hard hitting, hate filled, and personal. Hiro stepped up to the plate and the ref rang the bell. Kelly King 2.0 rushed in at the embodiment of hatred, and as per the usual...Hiro was taken down with the hammer shot....

However, this wasn't the usual Hiro. Hiro put out his hands and grabbed the hammer, his biceps bulging and his triceps tightening. He barely stopped it from connect with his abdomen...and his bloody smile and insane eyes didn't go anywhere. One was as big as ever, the others, looking directly at a surely surprised King.

What has Hiro become?
PostPosted: Mon Apr 21, 2014 7:51 pm

King struggled to push the head of the hammer into Hiro's gut, as though if he managed to do it, it would still connect with the same ferocity and might as a full strengthened swing would. 2.0 looked into Hiro's eyes as he did this, gritting his teeth and shaking his head. Hiro was hateful and hatred, indeed, but King was what he was not. He had the will to succeed and he'd beaten Hiro before. This time on the grandest stage, King would beat Hiro again, and finally chalk up a win at WrestleMania.

When he couldn't put the scepter to Hiro's chest, he tried to pull it out of the nightmare's grasp, and went for an overhead swing to his skull instead!

Hiro looked into King's face, it telling a fable of a man with false hope. Hiro was possessed. Not just a man possessed, but a hateful enigma, possessed. No one in the entire business knew of a man....a seriously dangerous and uncaring man...the only person at this point who could compare to Hiro's intensity, his anger, his ability, his...his hateful nature...was the God of Time.

King pulled Scepter from Hiro and lifted it above his head, bringing it back down, but again, it was blocked. Hiro threw up his arms in an 'X', and caught it between his wrists, right below the hammer itself. He looked at King again, not breaking a sweat, his dried and peeling crimson mask glistening under the lights of Wrestlemania.

"You know not...of what you fight. You know not...of hatred....You know not....of pure......evil...."

Hiro suddenly pulled down his arms and lunged forward, attempting to catch King dead in the chest with a sholder block, nearly avoiding the hacking of Scepter!

King was hit and it knocked Scepter out of his hands. The Sledgehammer slid across the mat, spiraling, until it was precariously balanced on the edge of the apron, about to fall out of the ring. King was on his back, and started to scoot back on his rear, using his arms to pull himself away from Hiro. He looked up at the insane wrestler he was in the ring with, his gaze darting to Scepter the Sledgehammer over and over and over. Back and forth he looked at Hiro and the Hammer both, before he suddenly licked his lips and SCRAMBLED to crawl to the hammer before Hiro could get him.

Hiro looked down upon King as he had for many months. To Hiro, the look on 2.0's face was fear. Of course, he would never admit it, but Hiro knew the truth. He knew what no one else on the planet knew, not even King himself. He knew that 2.0 was scared. He saw it. Hiro recognized few things in other human's beings. He definitely saw hatred. He saw it and did what he could to make it fester in people, and the other thing he saw was fear. He did what he could to really take advantage of that.

"Go ahead...run...jester...run..."

Hiro let King scramble to his hammer, turning to face him. As the King tried to get up, as some may assume, Hiro would run at him, aiming to deliver a round of boxing punches to his abdomen and chest, similar to that of the legendary Undertaker. It would most likely cause King to drop Scepter. It was an attack that King definitely wasn't ready for.

Scepter in his hands, The One True King stood up to face his opponent again, weilding the war hammer with pride, only to get attacked by Hatero. King backed up against the ropes, dropping his weapon on the mat again, and simply trying to cover up after the fact.

Hiro's blows connected one after another, really getting his body flared up. He was taking out a LOT on King right now, and following his blows, he grabbed King, and looked to irish whip him across the ring into the ropes. If he was able to, Hiro would run at 2.0 and attempt to deliver a hard chopblock to his left leg, looking to bring him right down. Just because Hiro's entire demeanor changed didn't mean he would abandon his go to attack!
PostPosted: Mon Apr 21, 2014 8:17 pm

King continued to cover up, and when Hiro whipped him, it took a lot of mental fortitude to figure out what to do next. Thoughts happened one after the other in the blink of an eye, and when he hit the far ropes, he turned and leapt at Hiro, aiming for a diving chopblock at his opponent's leg.

The exact same attack Hiro had attempted.

Which would send the two wrestlers crashing and burning into each other, heads and shoulders first.

Hiro and King collided, the crowd letting out an arena shaking "OOOOOOH!" Such a high impact spot early on in the match, what a new thing. Hiro sprawled on the mat, clutching his head tightly as he stomped the mat, a gash opening up on his head. He had many not nearly healed marks on his face from the staples he took from Salem Croft. Drops of blood began to surround Hiro's head, and drip down his face.

The blood, a severely....dark, dark red.

Some things never change, as once more, Hiro was busted wide open.
PostPosted: Mon Apr 21, 2014 8:30 pm

2.0 wasn't busted open but he had a feeling by the end of the match he would be. He was, however, holding his head in pain after clunking it harshly against Hiro's. King slowly rolled onto his stomach and started to stand with a bit of spaghetti legs, turning towards Hiro and aiming to kick the bleeding man while he was down.

The kick connected, and Hiro let out a deep, dry cough. His body ached enough, but it was only gonna be getting worse from here on out. The Embodiment of Hatred tried to roll over to the ropes, and get away from King for even just a moment.
