All Death Hunter personnel and trainees would receive a text as following:

Debriefing. 10am. Tomorrow room 201B.
As usual, at 10, or even hours earlier, the Death lead would be sitting in a replica of his office desk. Mark had created some sort of makeshift work space to the exact left closest to the window, and there was some sort of short dark-skinned kid (Oz) next to Mark playing music in his headphones while staring sullenly at anyone who arrived. There were multiple smaller tables, arranged like smaller desks as well, facing towards the Death lead in neat rows.

All Death Hunters (for now) are invited! This will be extended to other divisions soon, just starting the exercise with a small sample population for now! This is a good opportunity for you to get your Death Hunter out there with a mission. Just write them arriving into the room as you wish! - Unless your character was podded and/or away on mission with extenuating circumstances it will be assumed they are automatically here!

Kostya arrived fifteen minutes early, and quietly took a seat somewhere in the middle of the room.
Not too far from Caelius, but not too close, either. He was quietly tapping messages out on his phone, a runic cable connected to it that led to one of his pockets.
He steadfastly refused any and all eye contact with Oz.
Jude sort of just dragged himself into the room and had himself a little seat. He decided to rest his head on his arms and just wait for torture to begin.
Being Jude is suffering.
Or perhaps he just hadn't gotten enough sleep.
Yes. Probably the sleep thing.

Lawrence arrived, punctual and dressed in his usual neat white outfit, coat and white scarf and slunk to the back of the room. He said nothing as he seated himself, clasping his hands on the desk in front of him.
Tobias was skeptical as he entered the room. Having no prior experience with Caelius, he chose a seat near the front. His gaze shifted from the division lead to the assistant and back, wondering who they were. Oz received a glance, but nothing more.

Jake wasn't sure he wanted to be seeing the death lead so soon after a meeting that didn't go... quite as well as he hoped, but he supposed being able to walk away from one alive was something to be thankful for.
He noticed Gale texting away, maybe to Stormy or something, and smirked. Passing by, he ruffled his hair before grabbing a seat, waiting to see what exactly they had been called for.

Plenty of time had elapsed since Kostya's promo, and yet Taym still experienced a dull frisson of surprise at seeing him seated in the room.
He hung back by the door for a minute, silently cursing both Kostya for taking a seat near the middle of the room and himself for wanting to sit near someone he knew anyway--what was this, high school?--before caving and depositing himself into the seat immediately to the Russian's left, without greeting or comment.
The word debriefing was a magical siren call, even when it was coming from Caelius, whose idea of a debriefing, Taym thought, probably was a few minutes of stony silence, a slinky warning to not be stupid, and a ceremonial tossing-out-the-window of an assistant, he hoped Oz.
Kostya looked up from his phone, offering Taym a polite nod.
Without comment, he offered the other man his phone. It was full of code-like gibberish, with the occasional string of emoticons (=^_^= ヾ(●ω●)ノ (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ ^_~) flashing across it.
It appeared that the cable linked Kostya's totem to his phone, with mixed results.

Gale gave Jake the most withering stare he could possibly muster.
"Glad to see you're still alive and kicking," he grumbled, leaning back in his chair.
He stared uncomprehendingly for a moment, and then remembered the conversation up on the bluffs about Syntax and his peculiar modes of communication. He'd been pondering the idea of hitting up the labs to see if he could scrounge the USB cable for Kostya until Kostya had decided that Taym's business was his own and so incurred a long bout of sullen wrath.
He hesitated, and then took the phone and after a glance to Kostya for permission, tapped out: Hi.

Shiloh entered the meeting room looking surprisingly serious, a certain unlucky hunter in tow. Shiloh was officially a Death hunter now and while Lucky had avoided the same fate, he hadn't had a choice when Shiloh showed up at his room, not interested in giving Lucky any unsupervised playtime. Thus he carted the Life hunter through the door without ceremony and plopped him into a seat near the front of the room, grabbing the seat next to him. He waved politely at a couple familiar faces along the way, Gale, Tobias, Taym, and with a double-take of surprise, Kostya. Caelius, of course, was as frightening as ever, even when simply sitting behind a desk but Shiloh settled into his chair and gave his most winning smile; it was a bit easier to be brave when he had loaded ammo sitting next to him.
To date, Ripley had only ever heard of the notorious Caelius. He'd never been face to face with him yet, and as he thought about it he realized that he had also ever been able to attend a legitimate division meeting.
So, this should be interesting.
The Trainee took the first open seat - one beside a scarred hunter he didn't recognize - and made himself comfortable. He sat there for a minute or two in silence, his arms folded across his stomach, content to mind his own business. Then, after some urging from the second voice in his head, he sighed and turned to look at the man sitting next to him.
"Hi." There. That should make Wilhelm shut up. Luckily, the rest of his manners followed his introduction, and he offered out his gloved right hand. "Ripley Crowell. Nice to meet you."

Shiloh received a wave in return, the death trainee giving the life hunter Shiloh was escorting with him a curious look. He didn't pry further as they disappeared out of his range.
When someone took a seat next to him, Tobias turned to look at him briefly before focusing on the front of the room as if the other person didn't exist. It wasn't until Ripley introduced himself that Tobias turned to him again, glancing down at the hand before reaching out to take it and give it a shake. "Tobias DeLorean," he replied. "Nice to meet you too. Are you new here as well...?"
A few seconds delay, and then a number of characters flashed across the screen:
Hello! Привет! Bonjour! 안녕! ¡Hola!
A pause, signified by a series of ellipses.

The face was repeated for an infinite number of lines, blinking sporadically, until Kostya yanked the phone back to rapidly tap a warning to behave, and shoving it back at Taym, lips pursed.
says i have to use the words & not the C0D3! Boring, execute program! What are your specs? Want an upgr8? Need a firewall-- trojans! No bloatware, but virusesvirusesvirusesvirusesvirusesviruses infected kernal infected nod32 infected infected infected! :) Fate = execute = imminent! Abort! Abort!
Meanwhile, Kostya offered a nod at Shiloh, and a sneer at Lucky.
