Major, Hiro, and myself are the only people who have any right to be upset right now.
Major and I were not given a remote chance to reply to a post that would have had extreme consequences on us, our storylines, and our characters, that we are obviously invested in considering how active the match was. Hiro on the opposite end was nearly made world champ, which I know he was excited to be. Enough to the point that having it taken could have sent him running from the community in general.
Why did this happen? How could something so unbelievably disrespectful be allowed? Because Snypa and Chrono have been at each other's jugulars over s**t, so Snypa took it upon himself to try and ******** with Chrono? As a joke? Maybe he didn't mean that much by it even, maybe it wasn't even directed at Chrono so much, just wanted to troll a little.
Now I read that other thread and I know Angel said that I would have had to been some kind of godmodding douchebag to react to that post and try to stop the sleeper hold, but he obviously doesn't read well because I noted I was already up against the barricade. It's firmly within reason that I could roll into the ring and attempt to break up the submission.
However, even in that reality, Snypa could have simply said he tapped out before I had the chance to break it up. He had all the power in that situation to make the title change hands in several screwy ways, all because he was out to get someone else's goat.
I just cannot fathom that things have gotten this bad. That Major and I could be disrespected so heavily. Yeah, I know, I still have the title (at least to my knowledge at the time of this post. Major could be champion at any point considering the rules are totally up to Chrono's discretion and he admitted to wanting me to lose the title which is the topic of another discussion entirely), so maybe a few of you will be wondering why I'm even upset at the situation, but anyone who questions that needs to realize the reality of the situation.
That person is a person of power in one of the main guilds. He's considered some kind of leader. In fact, the two people at each other's throats the most are both in charge of enormous pieces of the community, and all they're doing is making it worse for everyone around them, to the point that lines are drawn in the sand, and people who don't PICK sides get s**t on by the people who do.
Thank you to Three, Trevor, and Shadow especially. Your posts in the other, locked topic which I would have posted in instead of making my own, were very much appreciated and probably the only reason I didn't just lose my mind and bail, because I know there are people here that I love and love working with or would love to still work with.
Lastly, I know this is extremely hypocritical of me. I complain about topics like these all the time. But I know why Chrono posts them now. It's because it actually does help to explain why you are frustrated from time to time.
Leave me, my characters, my storylines, and my intellectual property out of your ******** drama and your bullshit. Just let me RP.
If you delete this, I will probably just repost it with more details and fart jokes. Lock only if discussion get's out of hand. I would very much like to be given the chance to discuss this situation with everyone.
