The Bulletin Board is for character, partner, or team plotting, roleplay planning or searches, as well as club creation and management. Majesco Academy allows for clubs, with Mona Sinclair as the coordinator and supervisor; if you want your club approved, you need to run it by her first. Check out this thread for more information.
