When the universe where young magic was strong. Six warriors where chosen to wield the powers needed to protect mankind when needed. As time moved on warriors died and new replaced them. Each warrior has the weapon of its time, yet imbued with magic. The power the remain the same when passed to a new warrior.

2014 is here and magic is dead, well that's what you think? There are those who can use magic and not only on our planet or dimension. Not every one is good nor bad. The warriors live among us, with us. Together with an entire firm dedicated to the cause. Each continent has a HQ and each one connected with magic doors or teleportation spells.

The powers each warrior have is speed, strength, stamina and healing double the normal man. So one could be stronger then a warrior. They do not die from age or sickness. Their age can be seen as a year per century. To become a warrior when one falls you have to be of their blood and between 16-26 years of age.

The blood of warriors drives the bloodkin to wield weapons. Even many are contacted by the command there are those unknown to the world an they to their true power.

There are the six powers:
Strength: superior to many of the largest animals
Speed: Not flash but you may miss him running by.
Healing: Magical healing, not like wolverine.
Protect: Magical barriers.
Mind: Intelligence, telepathic and some telekenisis.
Vision: An eagle is nearsighted in comparison.

This is what I got so far... Any ideas?

It's a nice baseline, but there are a few things that make me wonder about what you are trying to do, but not in a bad way(kinda a curious way I guess)

Are the warriors meant only as a task force in case of disaster, like a justice league with global funding and a commander to answer to -- or are they just part of a larger organization like a global defense network, think world military, and if they are, how do they fit into the chain of command?

The weapons, is it really necessary to force the use of modern weapons? I can think of a lot of interesting ways to make a slingshot, bow, or even Kamas more interesting then a pew pew.

The powers seem... Not stale, I can't think of a word at the moment, but they feel to me atleast like they can be refined, or changed in a way that would make it more interesting and balanced. But, at the same time, I like the basis, it is a firm start that could be taken very far, just needs lower and upper limits I think, maybe something else, like a scaled back implementation with something twisted in, something supernatural, telepathy, bio-manipulation, kinetics, but I have a proclivity to those type of roleplays, it's personal likeness I guess.

Future question: What do you plan to do as a story line, or future activities, and what of the idea of rogues? Someone who slipped through so to speak, and doesn't like the idea of the collaboration. Just future thoughts to ponder, but not important at the moment.

Looks good though, can't wait to see what you do with this.

Well without questions like these, I will get no where so thank you.

Now first question
It's somewhat like the command in te Xcom games. So their a branch under UN. Yet at the same time they are not pawns under an army. They would not shoot talibans in afghan... Probably, players tend to play.

I have forgotten the most important power the warriors all have. Unless killed by force they are immortal. Virus and bacteria immune. So if one wants to play an original warrior would have a stone club. I intend on playing a warrior from the 19th century. Weapons an age is free.

The powers where made up during 10 minutes so there are plenty of room for improvement and modification. Yet within borders. As they where made to be a shield, cloak and sword.

That leads up to the rouge question. That is a possibility but also a severe danger. If a guardian goes mad or evil etc etc the others can freely slay the warrior and get a new one. It's some influence from Buffy. So yes there are also space in time to add a 7th warrior.

The corporation (name in progress)
A massive global alliance/company. They serve the world in protecting them and keeping them in the dark. The chain of command works a but different from a work place or military. At top there is the council, diplomats from the entire world. On the other top is the warriors. They are the shield and sword and they know it. Below these two tops are the commanders. There is six commanders, one for each HQ. Then it splits into the armed force and the civilian force.

The armed force are those who enter and searches areas when the warriors are busy or unable to arrive soon. They are armed with various weapons. Not all from our realm.

The civilian force are divided into several groups. Research, development, surveillance, diplomatic relations and so on.

Bloodkin can be found among both group even though most are in the armed forces.

Then there are those who have no bloodline but have been exposed to darkness, magic and aliens. These can often be recruited to keep them happy and the world oblivious.

Bloodkin:
These are those within close line to the warriors. It can be the son of a warrior or his greatgreatgreatgrandson. Yet the blood line doesn't choose which power one will get. That falls to the ancient magic that binds the universe together. They do not posses any of the power they can have but do have traits of learning. They are very good at picking up a weapon and use it. They are quick to be good at said weapon and masters it quicker then an ordinary human.

I like it so far, however, I think it would be better to have 6 instead of 5 commanders, it's a little easier to split up the continents. If you do it as 5, you'd have to decide to combine North and South America or Europe and Asia, neither of which, from a real world standpoint is a good idea. Six would be a bit more realistic, I've mapped it out, however badly, but it gives an idea.

6 Continent Tree
5 Continent Tree

Should make sense though.

First of let me just say that two are always better then one head. Would you like to co-produce this idea into a functional RP. It's often easy to miss those small details as 6 commanders instead of 5. Which in hind sight, is a better pick.

Second...didn't have a second all of sudden

The world:

Why does we human need a shield? Well even if magic may not be strong or even something one can longer find. We are the centre. Not like the Christians believed but magical. Human blood can keep beings alive and others find real power from it. Jesus was one of the last great mages. Our world hold the key of magic even if we can't use it. That's why we have to protect the balance of all the worlds. If one world devours us, well in time they'll devour everything.

Yet then there are beings and worlds that wish us no harm or anyone harm. Even though, we must keep them in line. To bask to much in our realm at these times of free information. It's just as even the risk.

Beings:
Humans
Bloodkin
Warriors
Vampire
Werewolf
Mages

More races will be added to the actual roleplay if it's needed and such a race appear with the games progress. Say zombies is not a race but can be a product of a necromancer mage. Being a mage is a race as it's needed to be of their blood to become one. So as oe player may start as a human they can become a mage. The special ability with mages is that they can remain mages even if they become a vampire per say.

Names for alien races will not be final for alien names are bloody hard to get onto directly
The first alien race that will appear will be here for sucking out the magic from humans. Their ability and powers will be hidden for two reasons. I don't have to think on everything right now. There is no need for me to know everything before we start. Second the players shouldn't know all at the beginning either.
