Time Frame? 2,000 years ago (way before Neferet was born)
this is how everything started. . .
In the past, there was a woman by the name if Ichi, Ichi came from a very strong bloodline clan of soul reapers. and over the course of time, she had her deals of love and loss, to which she was not able to find her true love. so giving up was her only option. that was until she met a man by the name of Jinsei Mitsurugi, Jinsei took Ichi under his wing and would help her train to become an even stronger soul reaper, and during her time of training, she met Jinsei's oldest son Rokku. to which Rokku and Ichi became great friends. and during their times together, they had both succumbed to their love and had a night of passion, and because of that night, Ichi became pregnant but it was also the start of Rokku and Ichi's new life together as husband and wife as they had before the night of passion revealed to eachother about their true feelings for eachother. and after nine months Ichi gave birth to their only son Hayashi.
Chapter One The New Beginnings
Time Frame? 1,000 years ago (Neferet was born)
second coming of life. . .
time flew by as Hayashi grew up and took on training like his father and his grandfather before him, becoming a deadly hunter soul reaper. and just like his father, he would soar to the top spot of captain of squad two and also captain of the Kido Corps. he was also the top assassin. but one faithful day while Hayashi was away on a mission to the world of the living, he had gotten news of that, his parents Ichi and Rokku had been killed. unsure if this was true Hayashi quickly made his way back to the soul society and headed towards his childhood home only to reach it in time to see some members from central 46 infront of his home and setting it on fire. quickly Hayashi would hide in a near by tree, as the members walked by muttering things under their breaths about 'traitors' and 'they got what they deserved.' this angered Hayashi, as he took photographic memories of the 6 members from central 46. and that night he would gather information on them and come the following night, he would assassinate all 6 members who murdered his parents in cold blood. of course this being that Hayashi was never told of the reason why his parents were killed. once word got out about what Hayashi had done, everyone was ordered to kill him on sight. so do to this Hayashi went on the run. years and years went by, and Hayashi grew into a young man and he was able to escape the soul society. but one faithful day, Hayashi met a young woman by the name of Nadia. and soon Hayashi and Nadia fell inlove. thus after getting married after 3 years, they had one long night of passion on their honeymoon. and after nine months baby Neferet was born. as Neferet grew up, her mother never wanted her to become involved with fighting. but it couldn't be helped when Neferet was always running off and learning to fight. one day her father caught her training and instead of disciplining her, he would smile and made a deal with her that he would teach her everything about the Mitsurugi clan and everything he knew. only if she would do more of what her mother asked of her. after a hard consideration, Neferet would agree with a large smile, and thus her training began. but when Neferet turned 18, it was the day that changed her life forever. she had been coming home from running errands for her mother, when she came to a stop to see her mother dead on her front porch door step and her father fighting off soul reapers from the soul society. Neferet was about to jump in when, her father caught a glimpse of her and called out 'RUN NEFERET! GET OUT OF HERE NOW!! DONT LET THEM GET YOU!!' with tears in her eyes she tried to charge into the fight again only for her father to shoot a hado spell at her, of course it missed but the pointed demand was made, and with a heavy guilty heart Neferet turned on her heel and ran for dear life. but as she turned her head to look back, her eyes would widen as her father was impaled through the chest with a sword. slowly Rokkus eyes would close and even a ghost of a smile would grace his lips before he dropped his zanpaktou and fell to the ground dead. holding in her scream and keeping herself up and running, Neferet looked ahead and never looked back again. through the years, Neferet has always held regret and pain in her heart for not disobeying her father and jumping in like she wanted too, then atleast maybe she would have atleast one parent still.

Shikai Abilities
willow wisp bombs
six small (about the size of your fist) spheres made of blackish mist form around the user. each sphere is a bomb, that when hit will explode on contact (except when the user is the one hitting them) and the bombs reach about a good 1-2 foot radius after exploding, they pack quite the punch aswell. the black mist shadow spheres are used to not just knock-back her opponent but also injure them if they come in contact with them, the explosions themselves are mostly of black mist shadows but they also have the kick and flare from fire to cause the damage.
Shadow Cover Expansion
the black mist spreads throughout an area depending on how much the user wants to summon. it blinds the opponent so they cant track the user. which also the user can use to their advantage because they are given wolf eye vision to see. this attack can cover about a good 100 foot radius, and it can reach up to just a few inches over 8 foot, just a few inches to cover someone from head to toe. the easiest way to get out of it is simply run out of it, and here isn't much to charge for this attack as the mist dispels from her scythes blade. when she swings her scythe around shes letting off the mist itself as it would wrap around her in a spiral and onto the ground as it would spread out and expand. another way to prevent this move is to make sure she doesn't spin her scythe, keep on her. this ability can last for about four posts, with two posts for a cool down, unless she calls off the attack.
Shadow Barrier Dome
a wall of shadows that blocks attacks. (now think of Nejis palm rotation dome thing. its just like that) the user can pivit their body and make the dome-barrior spin around, and as they do so, they also flare the shadow scythe around and the blade extends out and will 'slice' through the barrior if anyone trys to get close the scythe blade will shoot out and try to slice at that person. this barrier actually has a weak point, which would take precise timeing and one strong attack to break it. the weak point is, right after the scythe blades strike out of the dome barrier. the barrier lasts for about 2 posts with a 3 post cool down. also the dome barrier stands about 7 feet in height, and its length is about 2 feet wide.

Kido Background Knowledge | Neferet does know a lot about kido, though it is said that parts of her family in the past were not so good with it, that they never used Kido at all. but where Neferet comes in, she got genes from the good side of the family bloodline and she is able to perform kidos without any problems at all.

Shinigami Abilities
Zanjutsu | Neferet loves playing around with zanjutsu. she is extremely skilled with most weaponry, but she more stylizes in both katana and scythes. though scythes being her favorite of all weapons. some times she even fancies shooting around bows and arrows, as a few past members of her family before her, as their zanpaktou had taken shape of bows and arrows during their shikai or bankai state.
Hakuda | Neferet will use some common hand to hand combat techniques when she can, and at times shes really good and will mostly like fight that way unless the enemy or her opponent draws their weapon, then most likely Neferet will draw hers aswell, or unless she knows she can fight her opponent without her blade.
Hohō | one of the many things known from her family is the use of Shunpo. though of course its used by everyone who can do it, but as for when people take it a step farther, Neferet sticks with the basic, its where shes comfortable and happy.
Durability | Neferet has endured a lot of painful and stressful training regimens over the years as she was growing up. but it has made her into the strong woman that she is today. it is known, that even with injuries you still continue to fight your hardest until either your last breath or your able to kill your enemy before you die. and that is what Neferet lives by.
Reiryoku | through her bloodline of the Mitsurugis. Neferet has come to realize that as you build up your spiritual pressure it is very well easy to hide. but Neferet prefers to keep her spiritual pressure under control, and only release its true force when needed.

Ability One: What kind of explosion do these create, purely knock-back, fire, ice, etc. Also, can these bombs be shot off? If so, what's their range?Ability Two: How large of an area does this ability cover? How long does it need to charge, and how long can the ability last? Please place a cool-down time on this ability, as well. How would one go about escaping this mist?
What level attack can this barrier take before it's destroyed? Also, how long does this barrier last? Please place small cool-down on this ability.
BANKAI

Seeing as you're not from the Fourth Division, you can not start out with any Kaido. Please remove them from the list.
Please remove Shunko from your Hoho list, as Shunko has not been listed as an ability in this guild.
And also, as a Lieutenant, having a restrictor on normally would drop you down to the Reiryoku level of a seated member; I would have to ask that you remove this limiter, because a Lieutenant shouldn't have near enough reishi to have a need for one. Plus you're applying to the Kido Squad, where you would need a lot of available Reiryoku to perform them anyways.

RavenMikuna Eight miles is way to large of a distance, by a lot (for shikai); please tone down significantly.
For the third ability, I'm going to ask you either to bump down the active time to two, and make the cool-down three, or if you would like to keep it at three bump it up to four. If it stays active for three posts with one post recharge, most of the fight would be spent with you inside of this barrier. Also, please add a generalized strength of the sheild.

Haha I didn't mean significantly that much, but 8 miles is 42240 feet, so I thought that was a little much. I'd go ahead and say bump this up to 100ft. Once this is made, you're approved; I'll let Onin know once I see the edit so your profile can be moved to the appropriate forum.
