• Personality ~ Upon first glance Aya seems very controlled and quiet. However it's just because she is very wary and judgemental. When you get to know her more (As her unlucky Fiancee' found out) She's very loud and outspoken. She has a tendency to be very competitive but very caring when she gets to know you. She's also Boisterous and active and excitable at the drop of a hat. Her loving nature tends to take ahold at the best of times and she'll defend her friends and family to the best of her ability.
• History ~
Aya was born and raised in Ecruteak city her "Parents" were very wealthy and she learned from a young age to judge others by their material possessions and social standing. She started off as a socialite and began to climb the same ladder as her "Parents" when a tragedy took them from her.
When she turned seven her "Parents" were killed in a boating accident and she was introduced to the fact that her "Father" she'd known since she was two was actually her stepfather. After the trial ended to decide where she was to go she was left in the care of her real father a Pokemon researcher living close to Viridian forest.
It was a harsh reality change for the young girl who now lived on next to nothing in her father's world of books and papers. Her money saved for her in a trust that would not be accessible till the day of her 18th birthday.
She began by judging him as she did everyone else. Watching him fumble to make her even simple dishes such as macaroni and cheese and staring as he forgot to do the laundry or was the dishes.
At seven she ran away to live with a wealthy friend of hers to escape the poverty of her father's house. Where she met a young man who changed her view of people. He stopped in one night and asked if he could stay in the stable on their grounds. Interested she watched him last night as he camped out in a stall, cooked his own food and sang to himself. Entranced she wandered too close and he saw her and invited her to sit with him. This was her first experience in which she saw being poor as less of a burden than it was a freedom. The freedom to express herself.
She moved back to her father's house in the summer of her 15th year and began to care for him cooking for him and doing his household chores while she tried to find her own path in life. She met the man whom she would marry three years later when she moved back to her mothers home in Ecruteak after her trust was released to her on her birthday.
The Dark haired young man and she clashed originally because of her judgemental attitude however after a few years their lives melded into one so much so that when she decided she wanted to be a competitive Coordinator he didn't bat an eye as he said "So where to next?"
They moved to Motterossa soon after to begin their new life together.

*Aya has a dream of getting a Purrloin for her Fiancee' so that they can breed them and she can troll him into having a child.
*She speaks other languages in her sleep so her Fiancee is constantly listening to her chatter

Robin - Aya met Robin on her Winter trip and has grown immensely fond of him. She finds his personality very refreshing from everyone in her normal life and hopes that he'll be closer to her and very in the future since she doesn't travel to Katarina often yet.
