Floating high up in the low orbit of the Planet circled the giant alien Warship Damocles, the Main HQ of the world wide secret society, The Dark Templars. Cloaked, to prevent detection from any unwelcome watchers, the Damocles hovered over the planet as a dark and watchful eye.
The Templars were so close to controlling this world, through the Dark Powers of an Evil entity that they did not fully comprehend. However the world united and together they casted the entity out of the earth, grossly dwindled the Templars in number, and left their leader at the brink of death. But much like their leader, the Templar are not so easily defeated. The world thinks them gone now, but in time they will see that the Dark Templars Shall Never Die.
The acting commander of the Templars, Akuma Hirushima, stood on the observation deck and turned to a large round table. Seated at the table were three people: Whisper; The Templar's Communications Chief, Doctor Vifo Vya; The Templar's Master of Dark Arts and all things Supernatural, and finally Celia Redfield, the former head Medic and Second in command of the Templars. "My friends...we are facing our Darkest hour...our numbers are at at an all time low and our Master is at the brink of Death. If we do not act soon both Lord Kruger and our cause shall die." He walked towards them all and sat at the table. "Miss Redfield... since you have been so nice as to ... "volunteer" your medical services to us, even after your defection...please tell us what the status is on Lord Kruger...?"

During the events of Kruger's "Omega Protocol," Celia defected from the Templars, hoping to see the heroes destroy the templars or Darkseid or everyone just destroying each other. However this lead to her being hunted down like a dog and forced back into servitude. Akuma was leaving her with two options, help save Kruger's life or die, which is why she dreaded saying what she was about to say. "I've used everything I have at my disposal but his wounds are too drastic...zhe most i can do is keep him stable..." She tensed up, not knowing what Akuma might say or do.

Vifo listened quietly as his associates spoke. He did his best to keep his tongue since, much like Celia, Akuma had put his own loyalty to question. But his vanity can only hold out for so long before he spoke up. "Why are we even bothering if nothing can be done?! I mean I'd use my magic to heal him, but you won't let me near him, Akuma! And If Celia, who was the only one trained to treat Lord Kruger if he was injured , cannot do it, then what could be done??" He looked at them with an annoyed look on his face. He knew in the back of his mind that Akuma was probably planning to kill him now, but he hated seeing people light step around a situation that they have no idea on how to fix.

And If Celia, who was the only one trained to treat Lord Kruger if he was injured , cannot do it, then what could be done??"/i] [since the person who played the character of whisper is no longer active, whisper shall be an NPC for the time being]  The ever silent communications chief, Whisper, was looking for such a result as the other three Templar heads spoke with each other. The Silence Whisper emitted was so strong, most times people would forget he was around. It wasn't till the monitor he was working out let out a series of "Pings" that the three would look to him. On the Monitor screen was a map of Russia. The Screen zoomed in to a mountain with what appeared to be some kind of Lab facility. Akuma slowly walked towards Whisper, still looking at the screen, mad at himself for not thinking about this possibility. "As always, Whisper is right...We could bring Lord Kruger... to Him."

Celia looked to the screen with dread. Out of all the templars they could have turned to, out of anyone they could turn to... Whisper had to remind Akuma of HIM?? She hated him, more than she hated Vifo and more than she hated Akuma, so hearing Akuma's next statement only made her furious. "A-Are we certain zhat zhis is our only option?? Surely zhere iz zomeone else we can turn to!" She was throwing garbage out there. Saying anything she could to prevent Him from being the one who would save Kruger.

Akuma looked to Celia with an irritated look. "If you did what I expected of you then maybe we'd look to other options. However you've proven to be no more than a useless nurse! And I'm done waiting.." He used a communicator to contact the helm of the ship. "Set a course for the Altai mountains in Siberia."
The Ship was currently in orbit over the Antarctic but it only took the ship an hour to reach the Altai mountain range in Siberia. It hovered in the clouds above a higher peak on the mountains. Akuma went down to the mountains with a small squadron along with Vifo and Celia. With them in a stasis pod was the unconscious Kruger. They walked for about 40 minutes before reaching the lab and stood in front of large steel doors, waiting for their host to open the gates to his home.

The large steel doors slowly opened and inside was a hallway encased in shadows. All that could be heard was the heavy footsteps of their host approaching them, and all they could see was the glowing red light coming from his one eye. As he drew closer, so did the sound of his steps growing louder and louder. He finally walked out of the darkness and revealed himself. Tarn Ivanov, chief scientist of the Dark Templars. He was quiet as he look at his visitors. He looked to Akuma first, then Vifo, Whisper, and finally Celia, who he gave the longest stare to. He then observed the Stasis pod which was housing their dying leader. He found traveling by foot and risking Kruger's safety to be foolish, but not using boom tubes to risk detection to be logical. What was only a minute felt like hours to the others before Tarn Finally spoke in his deep russian accent. "Come... bring the patient inside." He turned and began to walk back into his laboratory.

Akuma did not react or speak until Tarn had finished his examination and welcomed them in. Akuma respected his mind and skills, but much like the rest of the Templars, felt a sense of unease when near him. Once Tarn welcomed them in he spoke. "We did not believe we'd require your services..but with our lack of resources after the invasion we had no choice." He looked to Tarn, awaiting a response.

Tarn looked at Akuma before continuing to walk. "It would have been far more logical fro you to bring him to me as soon as you found him." Tarn had the Templar troopers install Kruger's stasis pod to Tarn's instruments. Tarn then proceeded to analyze Kruger's condition. "Sliced in half right above the hip and the wounds are already cauterized...he was attacked with some form of energy based weapon. The nerves of his lower torso are most likely already dead and the only thing keeping him alive is the life support systems..Kruger is a dead man in his current state. Even if you had his lower half the sealed wound is to far gone to do reattachment....I will need to start from scratch."

Tarn looked to Akuma, but then quickly looked back to Kruger again. "While under normal circumstances you are right, but these are different. Kruger's healing factor targets primary wounds. Broken bones, lacerations, ect. However it does now allow him to grow back limbs or replace organs. Right now it is trying to fix his lower spine. It is not registering that he is no longer attached to the lower half of his body and its focussing all its time and energy there. I can use my rejuvenation chambers on him; heal his upper body and do the repair work that was long over due even before the invasion. However his lower half and much of his upper body will need to be enhanced." Tarn opened up a hologram screen showing tow pairs of schematics, one being the schematics of the Templar Dragon Knights and the other of an unknown project referred to as Project: APEX. "Kruger had me create two different contingency plans incase something would happen to him to make sure that the Dark Templars Shall never Die. As you know the Dragon Knights are the most powerful foot soldiers we have at our disposal, able to face high level meta-humans and hold their own. But they were only a stepping stone for something far greater. However since Kruger is still holding on to life, the last resort will not be necessary. Kruger shall become the next step after the power of the Dragon Knights. He will be faster, stronger, more powerful than he has ever been before..." Tarn pressed a button and two mechanical helpers appear and came to brig Kruger's stasis pod to another location in the lab. "This process will take some time. Weeks, maybe months. In the mean time I believe it is up to all of you to regroup the templars and get us up to pace. I would recommend doing what Kruger did during his travels. Go across the globe. Collect munitions, gain followers, show the world that we far from dead. And get the Templars back where they are suppose to be. You're assets are this lab, the Apokaliptan Warship, and the connections we have in multiple governments around the world. Get to work."
