✚ background/origin: Sophia was orphaned at a young age along with her older brother and the two of them jumped from foster home to an adopted/foster family that has taken care of them as their own for years. Sophia, wishing to make it up to the generous people who took her in, has dedicated herself to making them proud by throwing herself into her studies. Besides a close relationship with her older brother, whom has notably more social aspirations and behavior, Sophia has trouble making friends due to her disinterest in anything that will distract her from her studies or her family.

Shadow Manipulation enables him the ability to control shadows and twist them into extensions of his will/intention whereas Conversion allows him to extend his aura, infecting others around him - more often with a powerful negative aura than a positive one. The effect of this ability varies.
✚ personality: He can have drastic mood swings depending on certain triggers and, while it's not significant enough to be noticed by just anyone, the colors of his skin and hair develop a grey hue when he's tapping into the darker side of his personality, making him somewhat violent and dangerous. The same goes just as the brightening of his natural colors signifies that his mood is lifted and the confidence he is is capable of harboring leads him to go beyond expectations.
✚ background/origin: His birthname is Vincent Donovan, however he changed his last name in his past and is usually more comfortable going by Vince. In his earlier years, Vince was infected by a dark creature born in chaos that latched onto him when he was weak, integrating itself into his very being to use the man as a host. In an attempt to keep it from taking over his life, Vince had a mage friend of his cast a spell to lock it away deep within him, yet the mage was weak and the spell couldn't entirely contain the creature's power, thus plunging Vincent into the state of discord he's assumed.

✚ personality: Quirky and often considered to be weird by her peers, Madeline is a free spirit who enjoys taking time to admire her surroundings and appreciates scenery as well as art. With sharp eyes and light footsteps, she is excellent at stealth-shooting; or taking pictures while going unnoticed. However, she is still a novice and her hobby has yet to develop into a profession, so she often slips up and has to learn a lesson before further improving her skills.
✚ background/origin: Madeline is comfortable being surrounded by friends who enjoy a good laugh and understand her humor as well as her powerfully positive attitude towards life; however, due to her lively, playful attitude and fun-loving demeanor, it isn't so easy for her to make friends as most people her age find her weird and/or childish. However, even when she is alone, she finds things to keep her occupied and smile about. Without a camera or even a sketch/notebook in hand, she can get anxious or depressed when she is alone, causing her to think deeply and sometimes scare others away by looking so hopelessly down that others expect her to start crying, yet all this girl simply lacks is the proper environment in which she may grow and thrive.
