I'm baking this morning. Furthering my education as a future chef. Cinnamon rolls. NEW kitchen aid stand mixer. Awwwww yusssssss. They're gonna be delicious. If I am not online later it means I burned the house down.

Citrus Novii ^_________^ Thank you thank you. Just wait until I start playing with cakes lol Nice I worked with a gal this past summer whos passion is cake decorating. Shes heading to washington state to intern in a cake decorating place. Although she already makes some pretty amazing cakes. I also worked with a guy when I was in WI who could makes some pretty awesome cakes. (like animal cakes). Cake decorating is a pretty epic skills....I would love to explore more with baking though sadly I dont really have the time/money/place to do so atm. Later when I get more set up I think I will.

Yeah I know for me time is a huge issue with baking. Since I usually have to transfer whatever I'm making between work and home. That's what I did with my rolls lol, made the dough at work let them rise and bake at home. <3 Sounds awesome! I would love to be that talented at it, 3nodding It's going to take me a while, but my schedule is something like; Cake, Icing, Fondant, Shapes with Icing, Shapes with Fondant, Cupcakes, Cupcake icing, Pies.
