Who adds new fishes to the lakes and does anyone know if there will be new rares added for the larges they added?

Who adds new fishes to the lakes and does anyone know if there will be new rares added for the larges they added?

I was told it was the same person who passed out the trophies for a while. When we asked questions bout new rares they demised the questions like they was never asked.

Logan is a NPC but he is the ones to give out angelic rod once you hit 75,000 fish/junk and again when you hit a total of 150,000 fish/junk caught Siska is the one I was told who passes out trophies. But it could be any of the Developers
