"Plots" is probably a bit uh overgenerous for what I'm capable of doing/looking for cos I'm absolute pants at actually figuring out s**t to do.

But I need all the RPs and also Taym's looking to network because he's got some off-island missions to do/run (thanks, Zoo!) and doesn't want to go alone but also doesn't really know anyone he'd invite cos he's a jerk who can't make friends easily.

So if you are interested in RPing with a nerves-riddled, anxiety-prone, snappish, irritable, arrogant, but-actually-has-good-qualities-if-you-know-to-look Death hunter, pls holla holla.

Plus obviously if you have ideas I love advancing other people's storylines and haven't had much of a chance for it yet, so pls let me be a pawn in your greater goals, I would love that, and you can disregard the list below haha

Some potential intersections of acquaintanceship:

Professional:

• Taym runs DIANA. He's always looking for help, or, alternately, offering it, maybe.
  
• Specifically I am both OOCly and ICly looking for someone willing to either help me write up a brief summary of Deus's perspective on The Enemy and/or help Taym do it by answering questions about said enemy. An experienced hunter who's done a lot of Halloween recon/been around the Horsemen block maybe?
  
• Taym's interested in civilian-side occurrences and actually thinks Deus is borderline negligent about dealing with that s**t, because Taym is dumb. If you've got a char with a lot of background here, either pre-Island or post-Island, I'm all about that. He will ask lots of questions and shoot the s**t.
  
• I'm always down for a spar. I suck at writing fighty bits and am trying to get better crying practice is good.
  
• Taym's also deeply interested in learning more about what Moon does, so experienced Moon hunters, Taym wants to interrogate you with ferocious sarcastic intensity while secretly being jealous that you get to rescue people all the time sad
  
• I'm still figuring out how I want to approach this ICly but if you'd like to volunteer a hunter to get narc'd on in some way or even just be the innocent victim of clandestine surveillance, that is also a thing, so although I need to get my ducks in a row first I'm down for that. I'm not sure exactly what this would entail but it may be a way for you to advance a personal plot? 8D

• Taym's a terrible person especially superficially/at first so these will all go badly probably
  
• Taym needs someone to convince him to take care of himself better in general neutral Probably better coming from an established friend tho...
  
• If you have access to alcohol Taym's willing to barter and/or get drunk with you, possibly leading to shenanigans or Bad Life Choices
  
• Taym has a strict no-Island-romance policy but he was incredibly flirtatious and sleazy pre-Island and always appreciates an outlet, preferably one that's disgusted enough to make it obvious it's not going anywhere but polite/masochistic enough not to shut him down out of the gate. Warning: Taym's relationships with women are a minefield of Bad Life Choices. He will do dumb things for fleeting moments of validation and/or to get a rise out of a girl for his own personal amusement. That said he might be an interesting RP avenue if you're trying to get a flirtatious female character to cool her damn heels or just unsettle her? HE COULD BE USEFUL.
  
• I'm honestly very cautiously interested in the idea that someone who knew Taym in passing pre-Island might be on Deus now. He moved around a lot, mostly to urban areas, in the past few years; he hung out with (really really really) bad crowds after high school so that's a more likely circle for him. I'm still not sure about this but he has some crippling hang ups about how people would perceive him if they knew more about him and I'd like him to shake those if possible. That said this is a way more Taym-centric idea than anything else on here so it's 100% selfish unless you have a thing you wanna accomplish here too in which case let us plot.

YES I was actually about to PM you tonight about that forum thing, I am pretty sure Taym would be deeply interested in that both from the standpoint of DIANA and from the standpoint of "tell me more about s**t that happens in the civilian world," because Taym's reaction to everything he ever saw was mostly to shut it out and tell himself he was imagining it :/ He was really dismissive of anyone else who ever claimed s**t besides his sister so I think he'd be interested to talk about the kind of s**t he was missing out on! AND YES I think they could swap ideas about new people info s**t.

And alcohol is also good and the idea of him realizing some time after he'd decided Jack was an OK dude that he's the one he is supposed to be clique-y against would make him go neutral WELL in ways that might be interesting/funny haha

*Throws hands up* I have Melvin, a uppity, germaphobe Life Intermediate Hunter. I can go on recon with you. He also asks a million questions too, and doesn't care about jerks. He is best friends with Rep after all and his temper tantrums and insults don't bother him (much).

Where is Taym usually? Activities? Should he just be requesting help and Melvin can sign up?

Oh okay. Then Melvin could have sent him a text via a notice he saw on the pinboard and they can - go on whatever mission he needs to do.

ami is a senior hunter and was actually captured by the horsemen and kept in their lair for 2 weeks so if you want the perspective of someone that is like EVERY HALLOWEEN THING MUST DIE then she can help yay :'D

edit: also ami's specialization is the digitalization of library archives so she could definitely help, especially w/ anything concerning demons ouob
