Class: **** HP: 100/100 Description: This creature is entirely covered in armoured platelets, making it very, very difficult to find a weak spot. It will also released electrical charges along its spine that become dangerous if left unchecked for too long. To neutralize this, the electrical charge points must be attacked before they literally explode and knock Hunters back outside of its blast radius. Upon defeat: Has a 100% chance of dropping Insanity remains usable for the R & D. -------------------------- Lately Taym had developed the habit of swinging by the portals and checking on the progress so much that they were giving him dirty looks. There was nothing for it. He'd volunteered. Everyone had to fight a Titan at some point. That was, after all their job. Which is how he got stuck with Shiloh, Nevada, and Peyton. Taym was pokerfacing hardcore. LETS GO FIND A TITAN.

Nevada lazily smiled at Taym, ah a new fresh death intermediate was he....
And she kept on smiling as they were joined by Shy and Peyton. "So Princess..." This was Taym, "Did they say what kind of titan we be hunting today?"

"First one we find," he said grimly, studiously not looking at her. This was not the team Taym would have assembled. Taym would have assembled a team of mutes, or possibly a team of Candace and Bix and Molly.
He thought with longing of what could have been.
WHICH IS HOW THEY... found a Titan. FUNNY HOW THAT WORKS you just follow the ground shaking and the distant roaring like the T-rex in Jurassic Park.
JET PACKS. Fail jet packs. But jet packs. Taym was not afraid of heights but he was sensibly afraid of giant earth-crushing monsters.

He was bad at this and when he landed before re-assessing the situation he shot both Peyton and Nevada a look that dared them to say anything. Well someone was in a foul mood.

He looked like he was going to ******** this up again. But you'd be wrong if you thought that. Taym was in Death! They lived for near-failures that turned into miraculous victories! This was their specialty.

Hot damn. Taym finally located a gap between the plates along the thing's back and got the anchor in.
"Do your ******** thing," he yelled at Shiloh. He yelled at Shiloh like he was mad at him. Taym was always mad at everyone.

Shiloh wasn't sure at all how he'd gotten roped into running titans again, and with Taym to boot. Not that he hated Taym or anything, but he was protective of Maebe, and Taym was a hard man to read. Nevada or Peyton would have been much preferred as partners but despite his feelings, however, he'd do his best on the mission.
But apparently, his best wasn't exactly ready yet, and he fumbled with the equipment.

"I'M TRYING!" Shiloh yelled back at Taym, but yelling wasn't conducive to anchoring and he couldn't seem to make it stick.

Nevada kept smiling at Taym, "Oh well that won't be hard to spot then will it Princess?" She didn't mind his ignoring her for much else. To Shy, she waved and to Peyton she blew a kiss.
Once the boys had started to form into their team, it was assumed it was her and Peyton, smiling at the smaller sun hunter.

That was a really ******** big thing they were supposed to be bringing down all on their lonesome. The one that had attacked the towns had been big as well, but the entire island had fought against that..
Whatever, she could do this! Right?

Third time, as it turned out, was indeed the charm.
Being small probably helped. Once she'd figured out her balance on the titan she was able to move around relatively undetected until she found a fleshy gap between two armored plates. She secured her cord, then called out to her partner. "All you, Nevada!"

Nevada waited for the girl to get strapped in, then studied the angle and the distance. Even with one eye, she was the one shooting Peyton off after all.
She needed to be careful. Once Peyton was off, she stuck the stabilizers in the ground.
"Peyton's secure too Shy!" Nevada thumbs upped.
