I feel like they come and say 'hi' and 95% of the time never come back after that. :/ Its sad. Don't they know that we're the greatest!?!! xP They seriously don't know what they're missing out on.

I've noticed it too. Though I don't know what we'd do/how I would feel if everyone who joined remained as active as the regs. I think I would hate some of them ninja

I looked though our new member tracking crew thread, and seems sushie some how managed to skip it, since I cant see her join request around the time she joined emo But yeah retention is low, I feel its because most people are possbily looking for something a bit faster/more active, as opposed to a slower relaxed awesome group of people.
