This is a 'housewarming' RP!
Anyone can join. Some of the new student's dorms are empty right now. Let's help each other obtain some furniture and decor!? OuO

It was... well, it was space, and nothing more. Much more space than an owl needed. She would be content to nestle in the hollow of a tree- alas, she was to live in the ghost dorms to receive an education at Amityville Academy. Rules were rules.

At least the wooden floor and walls made it sort of materially familiar, although the boards were pieced together strangely, sometimes overlapping, sometimes broken, and often with nails sticking out at odd angles. Standing in the doorway, Hethel sighed. Would it be embarrassing for a nature spirit to have need of material possessions? The word "whatever" surfaced in her mind, wielding a baseball bat. In one deft swing, it punted any need to answer that question out the proverbial window, and she got to thinking about what to bring there.

What was that thing she'd heard a demoness say once about putting things in a home? The ornaments of my house are the guests who frequent it. Right. She probably wasn't expressing an appreciation of her company. The world was a pretty twisted place, after all. Then again, it's all right to be territorial. Hethel nodded to herself, realizing that the statement was perhaps a kindness, warning others not to cross a line; if they did, it was their own fault.

"Ah." Realizing she'd stood in her own doorway for a full twenty minutes absorbed in thought, Hethel bit her lip and turned away to shuffle her way outside for the time being.

With the rustle of layers in lace and silks, Lareina bustled through the hallway, cheeks flushed with determination, her skirt whispering as she rounded the corner. The prim white trim and adornment of flowers across her person stood as a stark contrast against the dark and twisted corridors of the school, a place meant to instill an appreciation of fear. The confident strut in her step let others know that she felt perfectly at home here, with only the slight dart of her eyes to hint otherwise.

The young reaper perused the various dormitories, skirting on the outsides to observe their inhabitants. It was her first day moving in, and she was not one to sit idly while waiting for her things to be brought in. Particularly when considering that she had no one but herself to bring her things in. Clearly she needed a servant to do her bidding.

"You there!" The little fluff in the distance instantly caught her attention. The ball of feathers was.. adorable, to say the least. The creature fit right in with her tastes. A shame that her demeanor drove away most of her targets of desire.

"Surely you must have vast amounts of free time, standing about as such." It wasn't a question so much as an assumed declaration of observation. She did recall her manners and gave a grand curtsy, "You may address me as Lareina. Now then, lend me the time that you have ticked away and assist me with a task, if you will." The pale girl had enough common decency to wait for a proper response from the feathered creature, cautiously watching the shifting feathers of her fellow student.

Hethel turned her head soundlessly to meet the gaze of this interlocutor. When the reaper arrived within talking distance, the owl spirit turned her body around to match, feathers raised to make her seem larger before a creature so... poofily dressed. Even one who flaunts a crown upon their head ought not speak so haughtily to spirits... Alas, Hethel's offense was halfhearted, and sunk back into her feathers before it was ever voiced. She had buried her face deep in her cowl, all but two yellow eyes obscured as she listened through the curtsy and request with nary a movement of her own.

This frou-frou personage was not entirely wrong. There certainly was some degree of vacancy in her time, and the vacancy of her room may not necessarily be of a more pressing nature than the newly acquainted Lareina's request. "Do you have troubles, reaper?" She asked, inviting her to explain more.
