The House of Twilight has no official roster of its members or any legal documents that may risk being left behind and discovered. It is an idea acted upon by a group of individuals that share a common goal: Balance and preservation of the Status Quo.
There are no group meetings or parades. Instead, should an order need to be delivered, couriers and other intermediary who often have no idea of their employers' connection to Twilight are hired. If someone in a specific field of expertise is needed, a message is sent out to all core members who will then pass it forward until one is found. This way, it is impossible to pinpoint the exact origin of a message. Other means of communication would be through coded messages left in obvious location that would be incomprehensible to anyone but its intended target.
Never will more than 2 members of Twilight meet at the same location outside of base. Most of the core members still do not know of the majority of their colleagues even after being part of Twilight for numerous years.
