I've started doing a "be responsible and help around the house" thing... so far, three days in, I have held up my end of things. But I am SOOO TIIIRED. ; 0;

Sounds like a good plan.
Prehaps if you are struggling to find motivation you can do things like schedule a specific time when you will do it. And then on some kind of calander you make you can cross it off each time you do it for x time at x time.
Helps me do things I intend on doing daily.

And then on some kind of calander you make you can cross it off each time you do it for x time at x time. Helps me do things I intend on doing daily. That's almost exactly what I am doing. xD And I have a cold now so I don't wanna leave my bed anymore. ; n;

Good for you! It's hard to get into routines, whenever I was taking care of my grandmother I had to block up my cleaning tasks so I wouldn't get overwhelmed and put myself back in bed for a few hours.
ALSO, take five minutes here and there to lay down and stretch, kind of recharge before you get back to the grind. <3
