██████████████████████ ㊤ ████████
This is an outline of what is required when training Cadets in this guild.
There are 5 stages of training that every member of this guild undergoes before they join a Legion and become active members who may then continue to accumulate Advancement Points, rank, and credibility. These stages must be adhered to by the Training Supervisors, though the details are up to them to elaborate upon. The sequence may also be changed, if the Training Supervisors decide to do so.
Each Legion of Cadets has one Head Training Supervisors and one Support Training Supervisor.
The main decisions are made by the Head and these are usually helped by the Support.
A Training Supervisor in training themselves, must run through the training of one Legion of Cadets as a Support Training Supervisor under the supervision of the Head Training Supervisor before he or she may attempt to lead this function in the guild. After each section, the Head will ask for the assessments and reasoning of the Supervisor-Under-Training and discuss the results. If the Head finds things to be correct, then the Supervisor-Under -Training may take the next Legion of Cadets as Head.
Training Supervisors may only be OC members with explicit permission from the Stationary Legion's (the Legion responsible for the recruitment) Head. These people will be designated at the start of the thread.
The Head Training Supervisor holds the final decision and responsibility.

Each Cadet in each section of the Training will be graded upon the following:
[1.] Realism (being true to character according to RPC Profile and given environs.)
XXXXR1: GM, has no idea what 'realism' is.
XXXXR2: Tries, but avoids keeping to logical lines (can be heavily own-RPC-biased)
XXXXR3: Tries, and more or less to logical lines (can be midly own-RPC-biased)
XXXXR4: Tries, and mostly manages keeping to logical lines (can be slightly own-RPC-biased)
XXXXR5: Is capable of keeping the overall plot in mind and is capable of prioritising the RP flow
[2.] Writing Tier (As set out in the Guild Advancement System; 1-5 Tier)
XXXXTier 1;
A new roleplayer who has little to no clue what they are doing. They make the post minimum though and that's what counts here.
XXXXTier 2;
After new roleplayers get into the swing of how to roleplay they can consistently come up with a good sized paragraph of text that can describe a simple scene. These users generally are semi descriptive to average with their descriptions.
XXXXTier 3;
Average roleplayers capable of making at least two, five lined paragraphs for their posts. These paragraphs may contain a few errors here and there and may not be overly descriptive but it gets the job done.
XXXXTier 4;
Slightly above average roleplayer who is capable of forming a few paragraphs of text with mostly proper grammer and spelling as well as punctuation. The descriptive capabilities of these users is usually good but with room for improvement.
XXXXTier 5;
Above average roleplayer who makes large posts with nearly flawless grammar, spelling and punctuation. These users can generally
roleplay out pages of descriptive text that can sometimes make you forget you're actually reading something.
[3.] Team Cooperation (How the Player deals with inter-character situations)
XXXXTC1: GM, has no idea what 'TC' is and is highly disuptive.
XXXXTC2: Has difficulties interacting with others, regardless of RPC attributes and causes tension of may even break down the flow of a thread.
XXXXTC3: Has slight difficulties interacting with others, regardless of RPC attributes, but is more or less capable of interacting.
XXXXTC4: Has no real difficulties in interacting.
XXXXTC5: Is capable of keeping the overall plot in mind and is capable of prioritizing the RP flow
[4.] Ability (Meaning, possibility for development and improvement)
XXXXA1: Shows no sign of wanting to improve, though it would be very necessary
XXXXA2: Shows no sign of wanting to improve, though not quite as necessary.
XXXXA3: Whether wants to or no, needs no real improvement, just as is.
XXXXA4: Tries to improve, but is not overly effective at it. Signs of small development.
XXXXA5: Tries to improve and works on it well, with signs of quick development.

XXXMazeThe first stage in the training is the Maze.
The point of this exercise is to see how creative the Player is in overcoming obstacles.
This is a large structure of wood and metal with 5 stages in it which must be crossed using various physical and/or mental capabilities. It is a very difficult test, that would tax even the most skilled soldier. These sections should include, climbing, jumping, crossing voids with tools, narrow bridges, and steep inclines all above a pool.
The goal of this section is to gauge and test the problem solving skills of the Cadets, and thus it s not necessary for the Cadet to be able to complete the high-difficulty level structure.
Players will be asked to 'complete the course' with their RPC in ONE AND ONLY ONE POST, asking for detailed description, realism of the character portrayal (given the RPC profile of the character), and logical movements and reactions.
Supervisors will be on the look-out on how well the Players can achieve the 4 points upon which they grade.
XXXDuelingHere, the Cadets will be asked to spar with one another, one-on-one to assess their capabilities of handling themselves in a fight.
The Players will be randomly paired off and each fight will be set up by the Head Training Supervisor in a specifically made thread. These threads are to be monitored and moderated by both Training Supervisors.
The goal of the Players is to run through a mock fight in min 3 posts, max 10 posts. This may change between Legions and Supervisors.
Again, players will be graded upon the above 4 outlined points.
XXX3DMG Ability TestHere Players will be asked to take part in testing their RPC's ability to maintain balance and muscle control/coordination required for the 3DMG Training. They have two days and 3-3 tries to get this. Those RPC who fail, cannot continue the 3DMG Training and must either leave the military or join a low-profile, non-Titan-combat section of the military.
The point of this exercise is to see detail in description in a situation where not much is happening.
Once again, Supervisors are asked to keep in mind the above 4 points of grading.
XXX3DMG TrainingAfter passing the 3DMG Test, the Cadets are taken out into the Training Forest of the Stationary Legion to being drilling in the use of this new gear.
First of all, Cadets will begin by starting out in the almost symmetrical planed forest, and then move onto the more wildly growing areas as they become more and more practiced in the use of the 3DMG.
Team exercises are strongly encouraged here, as this is one step closer to actually part-taking in real missions, where the Cadets will have to work in a squad to achieve their goals. Here, dummy Titan should be introduced as well and basic theory upon what Humanity knows about them, especially how to kill them.
The main goal of this exercise is to see how the Cadets interact and are capable of taking part in joint missions.
XXXTrial TestThis is the final test to ascertain that the Cadets are ready for RL mission situations and are in full mastership of their 3DMG.
This test takes part in the Scouting Legion's Forest, a completely wild area that the Training Supervisors have rigged up with traps and dummy titans.
It is upon this final test that the Supervisors should make decision upon the Legion Recommendations.
██████████████████████ ㊦ ████████
Each and every Cadet (Player) is graded, the recording of which is the duty of the Head Training Supervisor. These grades may be requested by the Cadet, but only his or her own, with a PM to the Head Training Supervisor of his or her Training Arc.
Please feel free to interact with your supervisor and ask for help, if you feel it necessary. The grading is their to help you develop your RP skills, so please take this as an advisement, or helpful criticism. We are here, after all, to help each other become as good as we can be together.
Report cards will be sent out to the Cadets in Training after each Test, that is once after the 3DMG Ability Test as well as after Training Arc completion with the Final Test. This is the help facilitate your RP training and give you feedback with the intent to help you improve and challenge yourselves more.
