Hello again everyone, iChan-Chan here. As we know, there was a severe activity drop in the past months that basically destroyed the guild. After a careful thought, it appears that most people whom I view as active indeed want this guild to continue, and of course, thrive. I will do several things to try and help, but for now, I need more opinions, more advice, and more input from you the community that made this guild great. With that being said, I'd like to go ahead and state a few things. I'm going to post some statements and questions I'd like you all to take some time to answer, if you'd like. These will be based off the concerns, questions, and desires I've received in the private messages of my fellow guild mates. Others of the list will be personal choices I will make, or am heavily considering. Any references to other members will be stated as such, and anonymity will be kept, unless they wish to step forward and let others know. Now, without further ado, let's begin. Should we keep the Katena Story? If yes, should we start it over, given that it never really started anyways?
A thought posed by a fellow member, should I make things more complex (and hopefully not too complicated)? Adding in more techniques, perhaps a few more rules, restrictions, customization, etc.
I will be retiring Rosa from her duty and removing her from the guild. She was fun, but as one of the people who were inactive, it would be wrong of me to hold the spot. I may make a character to fill her place, just perhaps not a Captain.
There will be a minor rule change coming up I do believe. These are not necessarily "rules" in the standard sense. They will be more along the lines of extra information that one should need to know. This will include the introduction of more races (however, they will not be custom races, at least, not at first).
Are there any other thoughts you have to this? Please feel free to state them, I'll read every one of them as I find the time of course. Again, this isn't necessary but will be extremely helpful. I may edit this without warning, so always check the first post, though I will try and send out an announcement with each and every update I make. I'd like things to move smoothly if possible, and for things to be settled within the week. Update!Update!Update!Update!

My thoughts on all of this:
Katena: The thought is good I think, but needs more expanding. They have no real history and because of that, most of our back stories don't connect fully. Also, maybe restart it and make it more of only a few have awoken and the katena are trying to wake up the rest (to explain unfilled spots)
I think complexness is a good thing, but lets not get too crazy and maybe have more mods so if someone becomes inactive at some point then it doesn't throw the whole guild for a spin. Not everyone should know the deep plot, but to make sure at least one or two people who know the hidden twists and future plot are active at all times.
As for the Captain Commander. I very much like Hakora and would not be against keeping him and my position. Though, I have always wanted to make a captain commander. I have always wanted to make an older man who is seen as a man full of wisdom and experience. A man who chooses diplomacy over fighting. (basically someone who never flaunts his power and only fights when needed) I would like to apply for the position, but if someone else more experienced with the position is more qualified then I will not be disappointed.
Also we need to get the word out there about the guild and be pro active about recruiting. First, we need to tighten things up, make some adjustments and fix what we have, but recruitment needs to happen.

Katena yes, restart yes. I have a Katena already as it is which leaves me open for whatever and whichever as a shinigami to keep this stuff rolling. Complex? You mean detailed. Yes those are fun but lets keep an open mind for the ability to let imagination and original. As for recruiting and all that is good, keep in mind the level we look for of course. If this starts off going quick it'll have a pace we can hopefully keep. Volunteering myself for any responsibility people feel like dumping on me. I also don't mind playing NPC's as they can be necessary.
Feels like we're prepping for game time and all, being all serious about doing stuff. I would say hoorah and be all excited but know I got a good feeling about this kicking back up so I'll leave on that and you got my support.

Well Chan-Sama. As the leader of the Katena, and being I was the first to create one, I do believe that the Katena should continue. Yes I feel we should restart, with maybe a little more Detail into their past? As it was quite hard to create one without much to go on. At least my other Brethren had me to go off of. As for Complex, I can agree to that. Just not so complicated that it ruins the fun. Maybe give the Katena a little more Leeway and such power wise because we were the creators of the Shinigami, and as such, we have the Same powers, but are stronger with those techniques? I dunno. Just a thought. I don't even really care if we get that or not. The Head Captain. I was thinking possibly the Head Captain now could have a Back-History with Raven and the other Katena who are here and Active. Though that would be up to the person who created it. The person who originally tried to Create a Head Captain had that Idea, but Mochii-Chan turned us down on it. I personally thought it was a brilliant Idea that would add more heat. But it was her decision and I won't begrudge her for that. If you would like, as the Katena leader, I can help you with anything you need help with Chan-Sama. The only days I'm not really active is Fridays, and that's because of Football games. But even those will only last another couple of months. I have a good feeling we're going all the way to state this year, so this year's season will be longer then normal. I already know 3 Saturdays, One at the End of this month, and the First 2 Saturdays of the next month that I most likely won't be here as they are competition days. But other then that, I am here to help.

We do have a Captain Commander, I just never moved the profile to the approved section for whatever reason...
Assuming said person is inactive, ignore above statement.
The Katena do have a backstory, but it was never explained in-depth because it was supposed to be a plot twist that never happened. The cat, Channy.
Anyways, apologies for completely ditching the guild mid-way. If anyone needs me for anything, Channy-Chan knows where to find me.

Hokay, that part was much easier than I thought it would be. Now to fine tune some things and I think the Katena should kinda decide how they're going to enter this time around. Also might jump on that opening of a squad twelve captain or another captain that is vacant. We get our Katena to start off strong and active captains, things should roll along

Okay then folks, update coming soon. I'll be creating a more in-depth back story for the Katena to base off of, but it shouldn't ruin the story. I'll be working on more throughout the day as well. So just keep an eye up for new posts in topics and new topics as well.
Edit: Apparently we do have a Captain Commander, though I plan on pming him so he has a bit of information on his position.

Crazy random thought. What if the katena enter in at random? Like they get sent back to random spots. Like some show up in even the soul society. Even more twist, what if they return with no memory of their past or who they are and then slowly begin regaining memory. Just some thoughts.

If they get close to a Shinigami, then regain their memory. Oh Gods XD Think of the drama that would ensue XD But there would need to be one person at least who came back with their memory. That way they could stop their brethren from killing themselves. My Vote is Raven since she is the Leader. Like. She gets them back first because she enters somewhere that triggers a lot of her memories or something. Again, A thought. But if the rest of your guys agree. Then Hey. I'm good with that.

Nothing right now Hopeless. I plan on restarting the arc up and getting things underway much faster than last time. Feel free to work on them or use another entirely. I may make a retired person just to have an excuse to RP, but I'd rather not hold an active Captain and take up a spot, personally speaking. At best, I'd be acting like an adviser for the most part (at least at first).

I believe we should keep the Katena story, due to the fact that people had already made some Katena already. The arc is interesting and I think I would enjoy this arc as it continues on. For is we should restart, I vote yes. Since it really didn't start up as of yet and since everyone seems to agree that restarting the arc would help everyone, I will go with the flow.
The upgrade on rules and customization might actually be a bit better. With new rules and better customization will help regulate and keep us all on one track. Maybe it might even help people like me become more critical. And I think more races would be cool.
