Wanted Legacy/Villain: The Joker

Well. Nothing seemed to have changed – as per usual. The cells had always been boring at Arkham, but they were somehow cozy in the way it was familiar and allowed him some down time. His alabaster skin matched perfectly the straight jacket they put on him. He didn’t understand why the bothered to put it on him when he always got out of them. It was almost like a game for him. It actually was a game. The wiry slicked back green-haired mad man was still grinning as the armed men escorted him to his cell. His wild smile was still in place, stretching far into his cheeks as he took in the scenery like he was on an evening stroll at the beach.
“Ahhh, It’s always nice to see that everything is as boring as usual.” He said, with a chuckle. The chuckle, in comparison to the moans and groans and stifled ramblings of other Arkham Asylum patients and inmates, was loud. Loud enough that it caused a disturbing shift in the guards escorting the maniac to his cell chamber.
“Actually, Danny, how have you been? I haven’t seen your smiling face in awhile.” The lunatic turned his head at an awkward angle, almost uncomfortable for a normal person, to the shorter guard next to him. The man was obviously uncomfortable, shifting slightly and stiffening just the bit. He kept his mouth shut in a tight lined grin.
“Aww, you didn’t miss me Danny? What about you, Theo? You were always nice enough to laugh at my jokes.” He turned to look at the other side of him. The other guard didn’t respond and kept his eyes forward. The pale, lanky and tall maniac pouted slightly at the lack of response the guards were giving before his grin returned at the sight of one of the guards ahead opening a familiar padded cell door.
“How nice of you to keep it exactly the same! White and padded!” A cackle escaped the madman as he peered inside, before taking a step with his long legs. He turned and turned, spinning in pirouettes in the room. The guards watched him for a moment, cautious and wary of the deranged man who had fallen into a pit of chemicals that turned his skin white and hair green with sunken eyes.
“I did miss you all very much.” The Joker said as he stopped, facing away from them. He peered over his shoulder at them, his grin stretching over his cheek bones before he turned around, arms outstretched wide to them; free of the bindings from the straight jacket. How he managed to without the guards noticing was beyond them. How he managed to get away with anything was the fearsome factor the guards had instilled in them since he came into the world and came into Gotham.
“But I hate this room and hate this place.” His grin dropped immediately, his eyes glinting into something deeper and darker, the grin turned violently into a frown as he pulled threw a couple of candies, wrapped in his face at them. The men scrambled, yelling orders and commands. But it was too late, the candy hitting the ground and causing an explosion of light and a green gas to spread. Along with the violent sounds of an explosion, the manacle laughter of the mad man echoed through the halls of the Insane.
Are you a fan of the series, are you familiar with this character? Indeed, I find it silly if one hasn’t at least heard of him or recognize him.
Do you promise to be as active as possible if we grant you this privilege? Sure.
I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I don't want to make a profile if I don't get the clearance on making him because that's just a waste of my time and effort.

Dreams: Well, generally, it’s to screw with Batman as much as possible and cause as much as destruction as he pleases. His dreams shift on whatever whims he feels the day or moment of.
Dislikes: Batman, Harley Quinn, Penguin, People getting in the way of him and Bats, and when he doesn’t get what he wants or doesn’t get the joke just about sums it up.
Fears: He doesn’t particularly have a fear as he has thrown himself off buildings and done some terribly outrageous things. But perhaps it would be a world without Batman that he fears the most. Because without Batsy, who would be his next best plaything? Certainly not that darling idiot Harley Q.
Darkest Secret: Not much is a secret about this mad man besides his motives, one would suppose. But then again, surely they are looking far too deeply into it.
Favourite Food: Candy. Just delicious.

Least Favourite Food: Peanuts. There’s nothing funny about them.

Loyalties: Himself. And the occasional rag tag group of villains hell bent on destroying some place for the kicks.
Intelligence Level: The Joker is a rather eccentric character that permits his level of intelligence to be comparable to that of an genius. He is phenomenally skilled in high levels of chemistry and engineering, as well as a delightful expert on explosives. He is capable of high level, many streams, network hacking with equally impressive analytical skills. He is inventive as well.
Dominant Hand: Left-Handed
Strengths: The Joker is phenomenal at a many of things. That including stand-up comedy and serial murder for no real purpose at all! Not only that but he is an exceptional escapist, has an indomitable will thanks to his lack of understanding of right and wrong, an expert on disguise, with a fair strength in hand to hand combat thanks to the general athletic strength his lanky form possess and is extremely intimidating. He’s very good at torturing, destroying and mutilating individuals or groups of people at a time! He's agile and quick on his feet, with a fair deal of flexibility that makes him rather skilled in acrobatics.
Weaknesses: The ultimate weakness Joker has would be his mental illness. It’s the only thing that is majorly crippling about this man aside from the fact he has a soft spot for Batman. As much as he loves and hates Batman, his rivalry borderline defines his life and feels either he cannot function without having the Bats to play with or he can't function with the Batman.
Cherished Items:
His bombs are cherished simply because they are his. As are his chattering wind-up teeth. And his gun is a personal favorite weapon along with the occasional mini bombs he makes. Really, basically anything that is his he cherishes.
Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint: Everyone should die. And die laughing, because it’s the best. It’s his world to play in and everyone else is his play things. They should appreciate the humor he’s bringing to their boring, uneventful lives!

Romantic Viewpoint: Love hurts. In a funny, bone crushing kind of way. But you’ll smile of course, because that is love.
Personality
A maniac. An absolute, utter, complete lunatic with too many things on his mind. He’s impulsive, rash and a genius so that’s all bad news together. The Joker is a certified Mad Man and likes to do whatever he pleases. He has little regard for other individuals – save for the possible use they might be to whatever plans he has; but in the end, they will die in a delightful fit of laughter. He is capable of many things and finds the worst kind of things funny. With a few cheesy jokes and laughs, he finds humor in everything and anything. And due to his mental illness, he contains several signs of psychological personality influences such as aggressive psychopathic, nihilism and extreme narcissism. Although, as some psychologists have decided The Joker is potentially “Super-Sanity” classified and potentially has no personality at all, being capable of making up his own for whatever deeds he wants done. He can go from whimsical and harmless to brutalizing sadist in seconds or months or days. It’s really whatever he pleases to do and how he personally feels. There is no one personality of The Joker – aside from the obsession he has for the Batman and tearing him apart in a game of knife throwing.
Biography
Regularly admitted and escaping Arkham, causing mayhem in Gotham and taunting the Bats – The Joker has been doing the same thing since he first came into the picture. Killing dozens, hundreds, millions and it never tallying up to the Death Penalty but insane; he always won the cases against Gotham and got sent to his cozy vacation home of Arkham Asylum. He’d fight with Harley Quinn – throwing tantrums, and violent fists and weapons at the girl before coddling her sweetness in apology. He just, generally, went from doing a variety of baddy person things; theft, murder, serial killing, bombing and laughing. The Joker has been doing what he does best; escaping death and causing problems for the GCPD and Batsy!

I really appreciate your effort, I know it's a pain in the arse at times but making sure your descriptions are as close to source material as possible doesn't only help you get your profile out faster and without mistakes but also helps people when having to read your profile. This goes doubly so for villains of a canonical nature and I suppose is amplified by three times for iconic villains like the Joker. I'm sorry if it inconvenience you in anyway.
