Cooking Priscilla likes to help her mother and father out in the kitchen and has picked up a trick or two from them while helping out. So far, she can make a decent omelette, cook bacon perfectly, and has mastered french toast. She hopes she can someday master foods that aren't for breakfast, too.

Painting Priscilla is obsessed with her paintbrush and pallet. If she isn't outside playing on the swings with her sister or in the kitchen making eggs, she's at her easel painting whatever what might be on her mind that day.

Daydreaming Priscilla likes to lay down almost anywhere with a pair of headphones on and just get lost in her own mind. She could be thinking about her day at school or riding a horse through a field of grass before sunset in an old valley. It all depends on how she feels that day, really, plus the type of music she has playing. (Her favorite artists are Jewel and Alanis Morissette)

Virtues:

Amiable Priscilla is that pleasant, kindly little girl who has a smile that seems to make you feel happy. She appears gentle and approachable, which is very much who she is once you meet her. (The outside fits the inside)

Thoughtful Priscilla likes to compliment people and make them feel better if they look sad. Usually, if she spies a sad kid on the playground, she can't help but sit next to them and ask them about what might be bothering them. If she's unwanted, she'll tell them where she'll be if they want to talk to her later, and wander away. She doesn't want to be a bother to them if they don't want to talk about it.

Responsible Priscilla takes her assignments seriously and works on them to the fullest of her ability. If she does something wrong, she apologizes for it and takes any punishment she's given with grace. Basically, she is the only one that can do what she is capable of doing, and no one else can take her punishments or do her tasks for her. She has to do them herself.

Flaws:

Anxious Despite being so sweet in nature, Priscilla is easily overcome with fear. If something scares her or makes her uneasy, it's very hard to get her heart to stop pumping. And if you scare her enough, she'll start to cry, and her sister will probably come running to yell at whoever scared her "baby" sister.

Sensitive Priscilla is an easy target for bullies due to her anxiety issues. The words that people say stick with her and make her feel anxious, and may even make her cry. The funny thing is, though, she won't run away or scream for help, even if someone threatens to beat her up.

Diffident Ultimately, Priscilla is meek and mild due to a lacking of self confidence. Though she knows that she likes painting, she would never show it off to her friends, because she just "knows" that they will laugh at her and make her feel small. Even if she can cook eggs and make a decent breakfast if she wanted to, she just "knows" that she wouldn't be able to please everyone at the table and would be ridiculed for it. Thus, all of these anxieties stay locked in her mind where no one can hear them, but herself of course.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Tabit Overstimulate!

Tabit waves her hands around in a circular motion until brightly rainbow swirls start to form all around her. These swirls twirl round and round and seem to grow and shrink without any help from Tabit. When seen from far away, has the ability to make someone dizzy if they look at it for too long.

Tabit can only make swirls for 30 seconds at a time and they can be used four times during the battle.
If an enemy happens to stare straight at the swirls, it may make them dizzy. If they become dizzy, the effects only last while the swirls are still visible is. However, if the enemy looks away from them while they're visible, they cannot become dizzy. (Thus, they can avoid the attack by simply looking away from Tabit for 30 seconds)

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Tabit Sensory Overload!

Everything about the swirls remain the same, except now they're larger and can be spread around while Tabit runs. They can remain visible for 40 seconds and are still able to be avoided by simply looking away from Tabit. However, now that she can move around while the swirls are visible, it might be more difficult to avoid her.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Tabit Spiral Discus!

As a final attack, Tabit summons up to five small rainbow spirals and chucks them towards her enemies. These spirals are made of pure energy and seem to vanish as quickly as they were conjured, but if they are stared at long enough, the foe may become dizzy or confused.

The appearance of the discus as it's being thrown gives the illusion of a solid object, when it really isn't. Thus, some enemies may fall into the ruse and stare at the discus as it comes towards them, which is what Tabit wants. If an enemy wants to avoid becoming dizzy, moving out of the way or looking away would do the trick.

Tabit can conjure up to five discs at a time, but can only throw one of those discs at a time.
The discs will vanish in 40 seconds if they are not used and the attack itself can only be used four times in battle.

Hello!

I hope you don't mind me pming you. I just wanted to drop off a little bit of information and critting and I didn't know the best way to do it since it involves both of your chibi twins.

Both of their personalities are pretty fabulous and adorable, I really have nothing to comment on in that regard. They seem realistic and like they'd play off each other really well.

For their costumes the design on the 2nd fuku that you seem to like should actually work just fine if you want. Color wise you might have to make a few tweaks though. Generally Order senshi need to be more light then dark so you can easily tell them a part from their Chaos counterparts who are prodominately dark. So on Monochrome you might need to add more white or lighter grey to the mix then straight black. (for instance in the gloves or stockings). For Colors, her colors actually run pretty close to the Senshi of Rainbows. They are slightly different, so if you want to continue with it you should still be okay, I just wanted to point them out because they are pretty similiar, including an extremely similar sphere, so you may or may not have people pointing that out or trying to make a fuss.

Powers is really what drew me to pm you. Chibis are some of our hardest characters to come up with powers for because they are weaker then regular senshi and it's often hard to find something that is weak enough to work but isn't total lameness. Usually they end up with powers that are buffs (healing, extra speed, extra strength, etc). When they do get legit attacks they tend to be more obnoxious then actually painful.

For Colors, as it stands now she has two effects in her first attack (shield from damage and make dizzy), this is too much for a 1st stage chibi. She would need to have one or the other. When she gets to super stage she could either make the first effect stronger or add a second effect then (while still keeping it chibi appropriate). The same issue comes up with her eternal though, because usually when you're going to have two effects being able to shield yourself and hurt other people at the same time isn't allowed.

For Monochrome, other then the eternal attack, I'm not really sure how the attack relates to the sphere. (This is also kind of a problem for colors as well, because although colors are being used for the visual portion of the attack I'm not sure how shielding, dizziness, or offensive pain relate to colors as a sphere). Draining color from a person and making them feel sickly could work, but dulling a weapon I'm not sure how that relates (even though the power itself is solid).

One thing you might want to consider is swapping spheres to maybe.. Stimulation for Colors and Exhaustion or Depletion for Monochrome? Dizziness and the bright light effect could work and fit in with Stimulation and overstimilation. And I think Exhaustion would work with all the powers you've suggested for Monochrome.

If you love your spheres you of course don't have to change them, just try to think about how to make the sphere fit the power a little more in actual effect, not just the visual aspects of casting it.

For Monochrome's attacks, other than eternal, the object loses most of it's color and "dulls" it's power. When you desaturate something, you take away it's rich color, therefore "dulling" it's beauty. This is why the object becomes less functional than it was before the attack. I hope that makes sense!

As for the sphere change, I like the idea of Stimulation and Exhaustion! Thanks for the suggestion! <3
