(Penelope has a twin sister, who can be found [HERE])

User Image

Name: Penelope Heracross

Nickname: Penne, Loopy

Age: 9 1/2

Birthday: June 18th

Sign: Gemini

Gemstone: Aquamarine

Blood Type: A+

Fav. Food: California Rolls with shrimp and avocado, Sushi/Sashimi, mango juice, Pocky, peaches

Hated Food: Sour candy, bubble gum, black licorice, chibata bread

School: Knightside Elementary

Hobbies:

Writing Despite her young age, Penelope has developed a love of writing. She likes to write about the world around her and has dabbled in some short story writing and poetry thanks to her mother and father. It's not her strongest point just yet, but she still enjoys it!

Reading Penelope adores reading, but not just kids novels! She likes to read history books, science books, books about books, you name it! Just set a book in front of her and watch her read it over and over again.

Museum Hopping Penelope LOOOVES Museums and begs her parents to take her to each and every new exhibit as it comes through town. Her favorite exhibits so far deal with Dinosaurs, World History, and England.

Virtues:

Enthusiastic Penelope has enough pep in her tiny body that if happiness could be a form of electricity, Destiny City could be powered by her excitement alone. She likes to run from place to place and greet all sort of people with a grin and squeal. While this may get out of hand at times, her parents don't seem to have a problem with keeping up with her.

Open Minded Penelope doesn't see the differences between people, she only sees the person in front of her. She likes you for your hair, your laugh, your kindness. She doesn't like you for being mean, for shouting in the Library, or causing trouble with her sister. It's all black, white and gray, to her. She believes that everyone is equal, and it should always be that way.

Diligent Once Penelope picks something up, such as a book, project, or craft, she is bent on working on it until it's finished. However, if she simply must put that book down for dinner time, she will, but she's right back to it once she's finished eating!

Flaws:

Bossy Penelope likes to tell everyone what to do. Her "leadership", as she calls it, can be quite overbearing and, quite frankly, annoying during virtually any activity. "You're not writing that big enough!", "Listen to me, it goes over here!", "No, no, no! I want the plant to be on top of the TV, not under it!" Are just some examples.

Bothersome Penelope is a little pest. She bothers you when you're doing your homework, she whines when you're not paying enough attention to her, and she certainly won't leave you alone if you have something she wants. (Like a portable game system or a toy you're washing for her)

Bratty Finally, when it all comes down the end, Penelope is a spoiled brat. She wants what she wants, right here, right now, or she's going to get really freaking angry with you. Her little nose will get right up in your face and her usually cheery eyes will be dark and quite unsettling, before she starts to stamp her feet and scream.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Large, round, creamy brown, always covered by glasses (Poor eyesight)

Hair: Pale ginger-orange, straight, cut to mid-neck

Face: Rounded, rosy cheeked, freckled

Clothes: Pop-culture-ish, blacks, whites, grays

Fuku: I'm partial to ideas two and three! <3 -Points above-

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Thabit Desaturate!

Thabit shoots a short black and white ray from her hands when an enemy attacks. The goal is to hit the target's WEAPON or ACTUAL ATTACK as it comes towards her. (Such as two laser beams colliding as a form of blocking) If her attack hits the target's weapon it dulls it's power for 20 seconds, but doesn't make it ineffective. (The enemy can still use it's weapon, but it will be less accurate for 20 seconds)

The attack can be used four times and can be easily avoided. Also, her aim plays a big factor in how the attack works, she can easily miss.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Thabit Desaturation!

It's the same attack as above, except for a few exceptions. If her attack hits the enemy's weapon, it dulls it's power for 40 seconds. Also, the beams are larger than before and may be able to hit both the target and their weapon. However, her aim is still crucial in making either hits.

The attack can be used four times and is still rather easy to avoid is you're keen on your feet.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Thabit Color Drain!

Thabit may now produce a very large black and white light beam from her hands to attack up to three of her enemies with. The enemies must be within 14 feet of her radius in order for the attack to take effect. If the beam of light hits a target, it dulls their weapon for 40 seconds, and can leave the enemy, pale, dizzy or confused. (Draining their color, if you will)

This attack can only be used four times and can be avoided if you're keen on your feet.

Iris_virus
Hello!

I hope you don't mind me pming you. I just wanted to drop off a little bit of information and critting and I didn't know the best way to do it since it involves both of your chibi twins.

Both of their personalities are pretty fabulous and adorable, I really have nothing to comment on in that regard. They seem realistic and like they'd play off each other really well.

For their costumes the design on the 2nd fuku that you seem to like should actually work just fine if you want. Color wise you might have to make a few tweaks though. Generally Order senshi need to be more light then dark so you can easily tell them a part from their Chaos counterparts who are prodominately dark. So on Monochrome you might need to add more white or lighter grey to the mix then straight black. (for instance in the gloves or stockings). For Colors, her colors actually run pretty close to the Senshi of Rainbows. They are slightly different, so if you want to continue with it you should still be okay, I just wanted to point them out because they are pretty similiar, including an extremely similar sphere, so you may or may not have people pointing that out or trying to make a fuss.

Powers is really what drew me to pm you. Chibis are some of our hardest characters to come up with powers for because they are weaker then regular senshi and it's often hard to find something that is weak enough to work but isn't total lameness. Usually they end up with powers that are buffs (healing, extra speed, extra strength, etc). When they do get legit attacks they tend to be more obnoxious then actually painful.

For Colors, as it stands now she has two effects in her first attack (shield from damage and make dizzy), this is too much for a 1st stage chibi. She would need to have one or the other. When she gets to super stage she could either make the first effect stronger or add a second effect then (while still keeping it chibi appropriate). The same issue comes up with her eternal though, because usually when you're going to have two effects being able to shield yourself and hurt other people at the same time isn't allowed.

For Monochrome, other then the eternal attack, I'm not really sure how the attack relates to the sphere. (This is also kind of a problem for colors as well, because although colors are being used for the visual portion of the attack I'm not sure how shielding, dizziness, or offensive pain relate to colors as a sphere). Draining color from a person and making them feel sickly could work, but dulling a weapon I'm not sure how that relates (even though the power itself is solid).

One thing you might want to consider is swapping spheres to maybe.. Stimulation for Colors and Exhaustion or Depletion for Monochrome? Dizziness and the bright light effect could work and fit in with Stimulation and overstimilation. And I think Exhaustion would work with all the powers you've suggested for Monochrome.

If you love your spheres you of course don't have to change them, just try to think about how to make the sphere fit the power a little more in actual effect, not just the visual aspects of casting it.

Hope that helps!

I'll change the attacks to one attack/power per stage for Color. Thanks for letting me know! <3

For Monochrome's attacks, other than eternal, the object loses most of it's color and "dulls" it's power. When you desaturate something, you take away it's rich color, therefore "dulling" it's beauty. This is why the object becomes less functional than it was before the attack. I hope that makes sense!

As for the sphere change, I like the idea of Stimulation and Exhaustion! Thanks for the suggestion! <3

Hi there Pidgeons! Welcome to the shop 8D

I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to come and look at your profile, but I’m here now, so let’s get this thing started!

In looking at Penelope’s hobbies, and I was wondering, does she do thing with them other than do them by herself? I realize that was worded badly, but I mean do the hobbies cause her to interact with other people, like a reading club, or a writing club? Or maybe a group of people who are into museums or something? Normally the hobby section of a profile is to make it easier to find rp between characters with them having things in common, if that makes sense!

Her virtues look pretty good to me, they make her seem quite believable for a nine year old, and her flaws seem all right as well, though I am having a slightly difficult time telling the difference between where Bothersome ends and Bratty starts. I think that they have enough of a difference to be two separate flaws but the way they are written make them seem very similar! If you could just expand on bothersome a bit, and perhaps make it less about how she acts when she doesn’t get her way, I would be a lot more comfortable with it!

On her powered side, I was wondering if you were going to change the attacks at all? Because right now I can’t really tell how they relate to exhaustion. They still seem like they were the attacks you were using for the sphere of monochrome! If you had done this on purpose, I apologize and I’ll take another look!

Please quote me with any changes you make, and we can get this profile stamped! Penelope seems like an adorable girl, and I look forward to rping with her someday in the future!
