Good luck, I remember those days were assignments would pile up.
Now its just real world stuff that I have to get done that piles up. Luckily not to much stuff atm though ^_^

Luckily not to much stuff atm though ^_^ Thanks, luckily they're just hobby-related assignments, I've got like 6 separate essays for one part, three for another, and then I need to complete two journals for two different parts of one character's life. It's all for THE BOOK. I'm lucky that real world stuff doesn't really pile up on me that much, the most annoying I'm an adult thing I had to do recently was jury duty. That was awesome.

Citrus Novii I'm lucky that real world stuff doesn't really pile up on me that much, the most annoying I'm an adult thing I had to do recently was jury duty. That was awesome.thats pretty sweet. Yeah mine hasnt recently, but in the summer when I was managing staff, training, running programs, planning, and head staffing. there were several times I skipped meals because there was just no time to do things like eating. Now we are in fall the groups are much easier though.

Anything springing up on the job board with animals? I know it wasn't more than a week and a half ago we talked about that, but just curious. Sometimes the perfect thing can pop up. ^^

Anything springing up on the job board with animals? I know it wasn't more than a week and a half ago we talked about that, but just curious. Sometimes the perfect thing can pop up. ^^ Both, in summer we had a couple hundred staff, now we are below 30. But we get much smaller groups now as well (As opposed to having say 550 kids). I will work here till some time in october, and after that I dont know. Nothing in the animal field atm, I took a small break from looking since I locked myself back down here. But I will start looking again soon.

I can't really imagine getting like a rush or something like what we experience in a restaurant. But you work with kids. Was that a choice or was it just something that you got stuck with once and then decided to keep going with because of getting the experience and using that to your advantage? Sorry if any of that is mistyped my phone has the smallest sxcreen ever xD

Sorry if any of that is mistyped my phone has the smallest sxcreen ever xD the ship was basically just a floating hotel. Often you wouldnt even know how many people were on it because its all partitioned and designed to control flow so that most areas dont get too croweded at given times. (Like even multiple shows/show times so the shows arent over subscribed). Like there was 4 main resturants, + the buffet, + 3 extra price resturants on the ship not counting the bars that serve food as well, like the pizza bar. I had quite a bit of experience working with kids in HS and then trained in adventure leadership after that and got a job at a camp. It was after that that I decided I would preffer to work with animals. but with my experience it has just been so much easier to get jobs working with kids. I wish I could get a good animal job, but until then...yeah seems Im stuck with kids
