And to you others, It's good.
Essentially it takes the gameplay mechanic of Amnesia and lack of combat, A hefty dose of inspiration from the movie Quarantine with it's use of videocamera with night vision display. A large dose of Atmosphere regarding Mental Asylum with the staff dead and the patients walking around who will either leave you alone or attack you at any moment, Some Paranormal inspiration from games like Condemned : Criminal origins and/or F.E.A.R.
Some jumpscares, creepy, brutal, gory moments and very nice graphics.

For those that are consider getting it, this is essentially the atmosphere of the game. Put them in spoiler tags.FYI These are pretty much the only ones I have with little to no gore, got a great shot of half a guy with his head chopped off and his entrails slung across the counter top. A entire room with security guards hanging from their legs without heads and with bookshelves across the walls where they heads have been set up in display, some patient feeling up and washing a dead guy in a bathtub of blood in the shower room. Just to mention a few.
