Hazard Simulation Facility
On the outer most part of the citadel, here is where new Green Lanterns endure a series of tests to determine their viability in the field. The hazard simulation facility allows for safe, non-lethal training scenarios to be enacted. The New Earthen heroes have also been invited to use the Facility as it can use the knowledge from the book of Oa to simulate threats and dangers not normally associated with Earth.
