This is the Herb Store in the Shiganshina District.
It is a famous store as it contains very rare herbs that have been gathered by enterprising members of the Scouting Squad in their 'free' time when on their rounds outside Wall Maria.
These herbs are, quite naturally, sold at a very high price, but if you have the funds for them, they may be well worth your money. The owner of the store, one wizened old woman who is known as The Babushka is a veritable source of information about the world outside as she is in direct contact with the more impressive members of the Scouting Legion and talks with them quite frequently.
