This is the Stationary Legion's Hospital.
It may not seem like much, but it really is not. This is the first and closest hospital to wall Maria, where construction is still undergoing. Accordingly, this is a very busy place and is capable of handling a large influx of patients. However, due to the limited number of staff, only about half the patients entering are capable of leaving of their own strength. In fact, the medics tend to go through the incoming patients as those whom they can save and who are beyond their help and put them in according areas of the hospital.
As a result, many badly wounded soldiers prefer to be left outside among friends to die rather than being left in a dark hole of the dying known as the Morgue to await their deaths.
On the other hand, those who can be saved are treated well enough and recover almost completely.
