This is the office of the Stationary Legion's (of Garrison's) Captain, Dominika Farqua.
Though far from being a lavish suite, however, it gets the job done. At any rate, the Captain is generally out abusing her subordinates or, at the very least, flicking the contents of her nose at them. Looking around, the furniture is worn and old, piles of documents a to be found all over the place, and one really feels a need to open a window... The cleaning lady has given up trying to do anything about this, and that seems to be just fine with the Captain.
Though it seems 'homely' enough, one would be hard-pressed to find anything really personal about the Captain here.
It seems generically used without any real personality showing...
