This is the haunt of Military Police when they are off-duty.
As such, it tends to be a rather safe area, unless you happen to be a criminal. But it is unlikely that in their drunken state any of the soldiers would recognize you. However, the tavern owner is pleased to have such good spenders as regulars and goes out of his way to please them.
