This is an abandoned house by Wall Maria right beside the area banned from civilians.
It is derelict and it is obvious that people left in a large hurry after a 9 meter Titan managed to break through and wreak havoc. It is now often used by the soldiers to take a bit of a rest when off-duty before they go back on, and also as a recon point for strategies, being placed right in the middle of that sector of Wall Maria that is still under construction.
