These are the byways and back alleys of Shiganshina.
This is probably the most dangerous area of Shinganshina, if not the whole of the Human Lands which are not in direct contact with the Titans. It is where those outcast from society find they homes and are not above taking advantage of other humans to further their own needs, whatever that may be.
