Here, everything from land disputes to court-martial cases are held and decided upon, albeit under different rules and areas.
This block of buildings holds not only the courtrooms, but also the offices of the judges and lawyers, and the entire underground basements and cellars serve as prisons for the accused.
There is also a courtyard at the rear where executions are carried out.
