Deep within the Village Hidden by Rain, lost by years of inactivity and idleness, stood a tower; tall enough for it's eight eyes to watch the shinobi within the village walls. The sight of the exposed copper and brass rust covered pipe embellishment gave the building an almost steampunk feeling. Tower of Pain, later know as the Meeting of the Four, contained four humanoid faces protruding from each side. Each individual face sporting a different emotion. The building, once ruled by the strongest shinobi of Amegakure, lay untouched after it's owner's death. Somehow it still managed to stand tall and captivate the attention of all who saw it. With the village quickly advancing around it, it soon became antiquated until overnight it changed. Exposed dark orange and bright gold wires decorated the four faces adorning each side of the tower. The eyes, once sporting a purple and black paint job simulating the Rinnegan, had been covered with a black and gold music note design. It was unclear who had moved into the large tower once commanded by the strongest shinobi of Amegakure and with the help of a mysterious barrier, it stayed that way. Rumors quickly spread about the world as to the update of the Meeting of the Four but none were brave or interested enough to inquire about it. As the rest of the city advanced and grew in size the tower became less and less infamous. The rumors subsided and the world moved on to the next important thing. However with the disappearance of the four tails and the strange guitar playing, barely audible outside of the tower, the focus has once more made it's way back to the tower.

Axel cracked his neck walking into the dimly lit room. His golden locks gently bouncing underneath the three tone gold headphones. Irises a jet black color, each sporting one golden music note on either side of the pupil, focused on the male in front of him. "You know you're an annoying little bugger to catch." He laughed a bit as he walked over, inches from the male. Axel's hand shot out and ruffled the genin's porcelain and crimson locks. Laughing a little harder as his head snapped up. 'Ah ah ah. I knew I was right for tying you down. Don't even try jutsu. The seals bounding you down won't even allow it." Axel's laughter stopped as he pulled a kunai out and slashed through the male's cloak, revealing the seal. "I'm not gonna lie. This is gonna hurt." Laughter could be heard throughout the entire tower as Axel stepped back, sitting on the ground with his legs crossed. He pulled the wooden guitar off of his back and tuned it up. 'Any last words Jinchuriki?' Axel ignored the threats though the pleas for mercy and help were a bit annoying. "You should stop straining your voice. You're going to be screaming and you might want to save your voice for that. Not to mention no one in here can hear you...So I suggest you get comfortable. We'll be here for a few days."
Axel strummed a few notes, rocking gently to the tune. The music notes in his eyes began to shine as a blue light wrapped around the genin. He watched as the young male's chest was snatched forward, eyes focues on the seal. With every note he played the strength of the seal weakened bit by bit. Axel picked up his speed hopeing to speed the process up a bit. TWO DAYS LATER... Axel's eyes narrowed as the seal weakened. 'Almost there...Almost there...Perfect!' His eyes widened as the seal unlocked and blood began to pour from it. "Remember when I said this will hurt...this will hurt. He laughed as his guitar began to glow a deep shade of red. The white are red headded jinchuriki's mouth widened as an ear piercing, pain induced cry escaped. A thick shroud of crimson chakra surrounded him as the seal widened. Slowly but surely it changed from a solid jet black color to a purpleish tunnel. 'Ah Son Goku. Get out here NOW!" The music notes in Axel's eyes began to rotate around his puples and if on command a thick dark purple mass began to pour from the broken seal. 'Well little rain nin, thank you for your contribution." With that the golden haired ninja created a barrier trapping the tailed beast, confining it to the room. 'Son Goku, I will return when it's time to destroy this village. That barely living ninja in there was your jinchuriki. Feel free to dispose of it." With that Axel flashed out.
Minato would appear out of a sound barrier, his footsteps silent as he moved from out of the jutsu. His eye's peered around, he knew he'd been here once before; the old antique surroundings, the empty tower that had been painted. A small sigh came from him, he could feel something else in the room, it's chakra level was high; though it didn't take long to see the giant red ape like tailed beast. Staring at it, his head tilted to the side, how wonderful, it seemed Axel had finally managed to extract one. Turning his body around his now ripped red and white robe flowed with his movements as he stared looking at the male figure that came in behind him. "You ruined my fun..." He spoke, his voice soft yet something deadly hidden behind his unnaturally quite voice. Minato wanted to play just a while longer with the two genin, it was fun to watch them attempt to touch him. He'd thought about ripping out one of their spines near the end of the fight, though it seemed Axel had rushed plans.

Axel warped into the room and dispelled the barrier around the two ninja. His eyes focused on the condition of the room's barrier. 'Barrier condition? In tact. Slightly weakened but intact. Room condition? Stable. Bijuu condition? He looks good. A little angry but that's a good thing...for now.' Axel glanced over still seeing the body of the young genin, still barely clinging to life. "A bijuu that doesn't hold a grudge...That's new." He turned his attention to Minato and laughed a bit. "You play with your food too much. Just eat and move on to the next meal. That genin you marked...it was only a matter of time before he awoke. Three ninja, even genin, can still be more unpredictable than you know. Besides. The real fun is just about to start." Axel strummed a few cords as one of the mouthes on the tower opened, splitting the wall with it. "Son Goku. This is the village that captured you and sealed you away in that child." He yelled out, effectively gaining the attention of the bijuu. "So Yonbi...care to have a bit of fun in it?" Axel laughed as the music notes appeared in Son Goku's. 'Just a little bit of control to help ensure that you don't venture out too far in the ninja world." With that Axel released the barrier surrounding the room, allowing the tailed beast to escape. He placed a half barrier around the top of Amegakure falling just short of Son Goku's chest; preventing him from leaving the village.
