The Almighty Ali What are the perks with the position? Technically? Along with what Poly mentioned: you can delete and edit anyones posts in the guild. Additionally you'll be a +1 with me. The person in the position generally should either personally or publicly refer me to guild events or suggest cool things that we should do. The crews ideas are more sought after than the general masses. It's like the VIP of this guild pretty much.

Feel secure in the fact that I am holding him at a position inferior to mine. I told him before he took the job that if he slips even once, he's done. So far he's been doing pretty well. emotion_awesome
