History:
Mizuchi has grown up in a remote underwater castle where only her family along with some servants lived. She enjoyed her life and cherished every moment with loving and welcoming arms...well, that was until her younger brother arrived.
Yakusoku was born when Mizu was five. She was excited at first and very much cherished the new company in the house. But later she grew tired and annoyed with the crying baby dragon. It seemed her parents paid so much attention to him that they forgot about her. A few years past and she had become accustomed to locking herself in her room as the newly discovered child prodigy ran around the house stupefying his parents. Mizu would cover her ears tightly and mumble to herself every time she heard the praises given to Yaku by her parents.
He was only five and he could already bend water like she had learned just a year ago. She tried to focus on her practice but, unable to shut out the 'racket' from her family, she often punched a hole in the wall with spinning water orbs. Some nights she even cried because her family had forgotten to invite her to dinner.
It was only a few months ago when her parents finally found the holes in Mizu's room that the servants had tried so hard to cover up. They screamed at their failure of a daughter and decided it was best to send her to a place called Atlantis Academy. They hoped it would set her straight and that she might finally serve a good purpose in life like her brilliant brother.
Mizu is only filled with more rage...

Quiet. Not exactly shy, just prefers not to talk. A frequent mumbler. Only cares about those close to her. Tends to be sarcastic and have a negative attitude.
