Judge Requests
This is where to post if you need a judgement call. Only post in here if a problem cannot be solved by talking with the person with which you have the issue. Don't post in here every time you don't like the way someone goes about their business, unless it directly violates such rules as stated in the Anti Munch Project. In here, judges rule. Period.
The Order
1. All parties involved in the problem should agree to requesting a judge, and the party with the complaint is to make the request.
- If posting without consent of the other party/parties, please inform them of your judge request before posting.
- DO NOT have multiple parties post the same problem.
2. Post to request a judge. Your post MUST include:
- The usernames of all parties involved in the problem.
- A link to the page on which the problem is occurring, not just the thread.
3. Sit and wait. A judge will be with you shortly.
- DO NOT continue to advance the RP. STOP.
- DO NOT continue to post complaints. Judges will not be happy with you.
4. When a judge responds to your complaint, it will follow this procedure: (One post per, please.)
- Objections: The complaining party will simply state their problem with the defending party, using sound logic. No whining/bitching, please.
- Defense: The defending party will attempt to explain or clarify, or defend their actions with sound logic.
- Rebuttal (Optional): The complaining party can continue to argue their point with sound logic, or argue defending party's logic.
- Defense (Optional): The defending party can continue to reason out why their logic should work in the situation.
5. The judge will make a decision in one party's favor or the other.
- All judgements are final.
- DO NOT argue with a judge's final call.
6. Rejudgement: The only way to possibly change a judgement.
- Only one rejudgement per person. Use it wisely.
- A different moderator will be called in, using this mule account.
- The process stated in #4 will be repeated, and a FINAL JUDGEMENT will be decided.
- If you do not like the final call, feel free to leave. Money will not be returned or awarded to you, and you will not be asked to return to the event.
- If posting without consent of the other party/parties, please inform them of your judge request before posting.
- DO NOT have multiple parties post the same problem.
