Name: Meilyn Lowsley
Age: 14
Occupation: (Aspiring) Astronomer's Apprentice
Appearance: A bundle of energy, Miss Meilyn rarely even has time in the morning to put up her hair, always far too excited to take her trek off to her father's workshop. She's often bumping into people on the streets of Palisade, long brown hair whipping behind her as she tries to make her daily commute to a small building on the edge of the city. She's almost always cheerful, and there's a glimmer of excitement in her brown eyes to be matched by none.
Likes: Stargazing, the smell of paper and ink, being challenged, and sweets.
Personality Quirks: Kindly, eccentric, intelligent, flirtatious, not always reliable, contrary, free-spirited, hedonistic, yet enlightened.
Having grown up encouraged by her parents to learn all she can, it's easy to say Meilyn may be seen as very different from other girls her age. She's not at all concerned with young men, and prefers to indulge herself with late nights mapping the stars by her mother's side. On the occasion someone does catch her eye, or she catches theirs, she'll take the opportunity to perhaps flutter her eyelashes shyly, though she's usually right back to doing whatever she was absorbed in before. Because she's the only child in her family, she has been lavished with attention and love by her parents, which has spoiled her in the slightest.
History: While the Lowsley household may be located in the innermost streets of Palisade, it is not at all where they spend their time. From even a young age, Steven and Marie had no qualms about bringing their young daughter with them to work at their workshop on the edge of town. Perhaps this is why young Meilyn has been so keen on stargazing with her parents. The three of them have settled into a routine of working together to map the heavens, though their daytime activities aren't by any means boring. The telescopes always need maintenance, and since both mother and father tend to be busy, it's young miss Meilyn that always ends up running errands.
However, as time has progressed, it seems a new member has joined the household....
