The Dreaming Domains Rules and Setup The complex is set up based on dream types since some dream types are more dangerous to each other than others. There are 10 large buildings, a few medium sized houses, a play area, a pool and poolhouse, and the main office building in charge of specific Dreaming Domains business, though that stuff does get sent to HQ for processing.
The main apartment buildings are in the color of whichever of the 9 dream types one is. The final building is grey because it is for 'the Undreamed" aka civilians or future guardians who have no manifests or are just techs or workers. Apart from the grey building, the others are color coded, such as the mystical building is indigo, and the supplemental building is red. The houses are not color coded but reserved for those with big families. All apartment buildings have a vending machine and mailboxes on the first floor. All mail is processed within the administration building.
Apartments are allowed to be decorated so long as they don't seriously damage the rooms. You can hang paintings or posters so long as you don't like drill giant holes in the wall or whatever. Just something moderate. If need be, you can request a way to put it up and the staff will come and put it in so it won't screw up your place. Repairs and such can be put in for at the admin, where cheap rents are played. Houses allow more freedom to decorate. Overnight guests need to have a form filled out as to who they are if they don't live in the domains. All rooms contain doors, sometimes windows, and smoke/fire alarms.

Singles Singles are generally reserved for solo kids, or a kid and a single roommate that for whatever reason will be sharing a room (usually an older kid with special needs). Childstage and up Manifests with no special needs and no guardians will get singles. Techs have access to the rooms in case of emergency protocols going off - like fire alarms - but otherwise for anyone around preteen or over they don't have access. If you are preteen or younger they have access within certain parameters to visit and check up on them.
Each single contains the following rooms - a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen (connected to living room & dining room by a half counter), a living room (connected to kitchen by a half counter), a 'dining room' (connected to living room fully with no wall between but the room shape does change a bit to more obviously separate the areas), and a foyer (connected to the other side of the living room, the same way as the dining room is) . What is equipped in each room will be listed.
Rooms
Foyer * Front Door (duh) * Closet (with one top shelf and a rack to hang coats and such, equipped with some empty hangers) * Umbrella stand (equipped with one free plain black umbrella with the apt number on it) * Wall rack for keys
Living Room * Couch (3 cushions wide) * Easy Chair (matches couch, reclines) * Coffee table * Modest Sized TV (Not a flatscreen) * A cablebox (basic cable) * Stand with drawer (equipped with phonebook on shelf, one notebook and pencil in drawer) * Desk light (set on stand) * Stand up light (set by tv) * Surge protectors * Overhead lamp with fan (switch on wall by front door)
Dining Room * Separated by nothing from living room, from kitchen by half counter * Simple table for 6 * 4 wooden chairs (leaves extra room at table) * simple tablecloth, may be unfolded & used or put away)
Kitchen * Refrigerator/Freezer Unit (stocked with basic foods) * Breadbox (stocked with simple bread loaf) * Microwave (can be requested to be removed if not familiar) * Simple stove/Oven (may be requested to turn off power to it if needed) * Toaster * Cabinets (overhead contains simple dishes, ground level ones contain pots and pans and a cookie sheet, all very simple and there's only a few) * Breakfast Counter (separating the kitchen from living/dining rooms) * Overhead lighting with fan
Bathroom * Sink * Mirror (above sink) * Cabinets (one behind mirror with shelves and one below sink equipped with basic bathroom cleaning products) * Toilet (with plunger and cleaning brush nearby) * Bathtub/Shower combination (has a bathmat by it and an in-bath mat to prevent slippage, may be removed if desired) * Closet (has shelves, a few featuring a basic shampoo, conditioner, loofa, plain body wash, hand soap, washrags and towels.) * Ceiling light (with fan)
Bedroom * One bed (sometimes two if roommate is assured. Bunkbeds may be requested. Cribs may also be requested.) * Small closet (slide open doors so one can walk in. standing shelves on either side of the interior, an overhead shelf above the rack to hang clothes on, and a little set up shoe rack on the bottom, two layers) * Dresser (a second will be added if roommate situation) * Nightstand with drawer * Desk lights (one on nightstand, one on desk) * Desk (features drawers and a shelf on top, but mainly empty. A computer can be requested but only with certain paperworks and sometimes payments) * Shelf (optional, may be brought in with books to study on request) * Overhead light and fan * Nightlight (optional, may be brought in on request)

Large Doubles & Up Large doubles are rooms reserved for the larger families - usually a couple with more than one Manifest or child in general - and sometimes there are the rare rooms with way more, but those actually have to be partly paid for. These rooms include penthouse type suites and so their basic amenities vary.
Notably, these will contain a full kitchen and dining room, each separate from the living room, and a separate foyer, often featuring also a second bathroom and full walk in closets.

Small House The small houses are with families with more kids and plans to take more than one Manifest. Usually these have to at least be partly paid for or rented, and are less ritzy than Penthouses. These are single floor sometimes or double floor but thinner. All have about the same basic equipment as a larger dorm.
Small houses feature a kitchen, two bathrooms (sometimes one upstairs), two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a backyard (small, usually not fenced in) and a small walkway in front with room to plant a few flowers but not much of a lawn.

Large House These houses almost ALWAYS are two floors, and are for families actually willing to shell out money for a home rather than just taking one of the offered apartments. They've got more space and a tad more privacy, though in some ways aren't as ritzy as the penthouses. So it's a tradeoff of space for price.
They feature at least three bedrooms (one master), two full bathrooms (sometimes a third half one downstairs), a full kitchen, a full livingroom, dining room, foyer, closets are walk-in (practically full rooms), and feature a full fenced in backyard (that you may put a pool in if you choose), and a full porch and lawn.

The Playroom The playroom is technically a small building on the other-side of the administration building, near the poolhouse. It's attached to the outside 'playground' area (which features a swingset, a little spinning ride, some squishy springy horses, a slide, and a set of monkeybars). The playroom itself is for indoor stuff or softer play.
It has a dollhouse, a play castle, a good set of legos, some letter blocks and a full toy chest. The toy chest has plushies as well as like more action figure plasticy things. There are some generic superheros and ninjas, some dinosaurs, some toy cars (mostly matchbox sized but there is like 2 bigger ones), there's a shelf with a setup for a racetrack, and there's a lightbright. Because whoever made this was from the 80s. There are a couple of generic barbies too and things of that nature. Think really generic toys and games - like boardgames. There aren't anything really techy. Besides the damn lightbright.

The Poolhouse There is a basic public pool at the Dreaming Domains. It's outdoor and pretty simple, has a deepend and a shallow end, not very long, and a lifeguard most of the time if it's not locked. The pool house itself is a nice little room where one can go to get into the locked pool area, get some things like floaties and whatnot, and sign up for swimming classes even or book a party.
Essentially, the pool house is the outdoor fun area for realsies. There is an olympic sized swimming pool indoors on the bottom floor of the gym in the Imaginarium Complex but that is actually pay-to-get-in and this one is open to any who are residents of the dreaming domains. There is also a little section of the pool house that sells snacks.
