Edit: I've got a new picture to enter, should the contest not close before I'm able to post it (depends what time I get out of work as to when I'll get it on here) Entry picture Came home for lunch, put the dogs outside, set my phone down at my computer, went to say hi to Saphi (I make a point of saying hi to her, or at least trying, when I get home before I start on a meal or turn on the computer or whatever). Saw her all contorted and squishy in her cube-bed, told her to stay/not to move, hurried to grab phone. She actually stayed as she was and I got some okay-like pictures This one's kind of cutesier, though - but the other one's more squishy so I like it more in a way.
And then, not being one to be outdone, Bella arranged her bed/blanket so that she was covered (and incredibly surprisingly didn't move while I got the camera on/pictures taken)
(original post) We were playing on Saphi's tree, I'm still trying to get her to use the scratcher-slide thing, and she went through her tunnel for the first time that I've noticed it happen. Camera doesn't take the best unsteady pictures, sadly (had to kind of lure her back through to try and get a picture)

This is what happens when you're playing tug-of-war with a cat and manage to find a camera with your spare hand. (And is this right for this comp? I'm easily confused. smile )

Oh, good. That's kind of how I translated it, but I get paranoid about stupid things sometimes.
I don't know why he's suddenly decided to play tug-of-war... although, maybe I do know. He managed to break off the toy once and spent an hour or so running around growling at people and playing in quiet corners... I suspect that his main aim in life now is to break it off again!
Mister likes to play tug of war. XD Hell grab onto it and try to run off. Freyja tries the same thing but Im stronger than she is. smile
AND SO CUTE. I love how every kitty has a fav toy. Misters is the Da Bird, and Freyjas is an old decapitated Da Bird stick to which theres hardly any string left. XD

We're yet to find Nightshade's favourite toy. Mins likes that fluffy blue thing in the picture (I got my sister to chase down spares where she lives because there were no more in the shop here and he loves them. So. Much.) Tansy goes batty over string, more specifically, string dangling from the end of a stick, so she's got the sticks from the toys Minstrel has already busted. But Nightshade... he likes the toys, but I'm yet to find what he'll really go batty over.
At least it isn't just my boy that plays tug-of-war! I think part of the problem is that it worries me because of his snaggle tooth. I know it's stupid, but every time he's pulling, I start getting worried about whether the snaggle tooth just grew that way or if maybe it had been a break at some point (which is what the vet suggested) and, if it's been a break, what if it hasn't healed all the way and this pulling hurts it... and that's usually about the point where I panic and let go and then spend ten minutes trying to retrieve said toy from the cat.

Personally, I like voting for a winner - that way everybody has a say. If it's a tie when you go to post the winner, you (Punkin) or Sayania can choose between the winner between the ties.
