• Rockets/Officers that participate in rp events write reports afterwards that detail their involvement in said event -- not actual rp but a report written ICly that notes things they did that is pertinent to their organization (rockets: pkmn stealing attempts, pkmn caught, potential targets, ect. officers: peace keeping, suspicious persons, incidents resolved, ect.) -- should be made in a stickyed thread like cert requests as a form with name, journal link, link to event, and report included

• desert event - hot-air balloonist lost in desert. last communication referenced swarm of fossil pkmn --desert/fossil-like pkmn should be used : legend:: ho-oh/moltres/entei main:: arodactyl/archen/cranidos/tropius swarms:: cubone, sandshrew, skorupi, trapinch, gible, hippopotas, doduo, ekans... (balloonist is a watcher/traveler who has a radio broadcast where he balloons high up and talks about what pokemon are gathering where that day (swarm chaser?))
• Create Clubs/Partys/Groups: user-run groups of like-minded individuals --travel groups, fanclubs, pkmn gangs, ect. --would have a leader/founder and then internal ranking --would have a club ORP --needs min # of members
