About Sig: Sig is a pretty chill dude. He's quite the charmer and tends to flatter his way out of most most unfavorable situations.
History: Sig was born near Mahogany town in Johto. When he was set lose on the world at the age of ten, Sig was an ambitious young boy with aspirations of being a famous water trainer. Unfortunately his first pokemon was Magikarp. He tried valiantly to use his chosen pokemon, but victory was constantly denied to him. He eventually returned home win-less and depressed. Sig didn't return to any serious pokemon training again till he was almost 14. This time he made sure he had an advantage. Over those four years he had trained his Magikarp to evolution and beyond, along with five more. He ventured out into the battling scene with a full party of high level Garyados. And promptly crushed everyone in his path. Until he got his a** handed to him quite severely. It turned out that the person doing the a** handing was a member of Team Rocket! They were impressed with his pokemon but thought that Team Rocket could get him better ones. If he joined of course. Sig's initial reaction was offense. What were you trying to say? His pokemon were great! But after awhile he realized that Garyados weren't the most ideal pokemon for competitive battling. He took the Rocket's offer.
He operated in the Kanto/Johto area for years but was recently transferred to the Zatao region.

[Grunt] Requirement: 18 points with 2 completed missions. Grunts have shown that they can take orders and can be depended on to get missions done. They are allowed to choose their missions and can go with a partner or by themselves. • Uniform: Black outfit with red "R" and a hat.
[Agent] Requirement: 36 points with 4 completed missions. Besides taking on missions, agents can hold small roles within TRH, like coming up with new missions, being security, or recruiting new members. • Uniform: White outfit with red "R".
[Director] Requirement: 54 points with 6 completed missions and participated in 1 Rocket RP Event. Directors take orders from Executive Officers and may be given special roles in RP events. The number of Directors at TRH will be limited. • Uniform: Black outfit with white boots and gloves with red stripes.

Personality: Bubbly and affectionate.
History: She was Sig's first water type after joining Team Rocket so he has a special fondness for her. When Sig was transferred to Zatao he decided on a cover as a moderately experienced trainer and did not want to start off with all of his pokemon, especially the high leveled ones, to reduce suspicion. Tihku was the only pokemon he brought initially, intending to transfer the rest over gradually.
