To be entered for a chance to buy a Modifox when a flatsale registration is taking place, use the form below! They are all 5K each. If you do not post the form correctly, your post will not be counted. If you are proxying, you must be prepared to pay that person's 5K fee if they are not online at the end of the raffle. You may proxy for as many people as you like, as long as you can fill the form in for them and pay their fee if need be.
