Greetings, and welcome to StarClan. I am Brightstar, leader of StarClan and one of the original four. Let me tell you the story of the Clans. Long ago, before the Clans, there were 4 cats. Bridget (that's me), Shadow, Tenshi, and Sendo. We were the first cats to run from our two-leg homes and bring the cats into the wild. As young kittens we were best friends, littermates even. We were split up by the two-legs but still lived rather close to each other. We ran from their homes, because we loved each other and wanted to live with one another once again. By the time we came to what would become the first territories of the Clans, we had long since forsaken the names our two-legs gave to us. As we continued to recruit the two-leg's pets we had renamed ourselves, Brightstar, Darkstar, Angelwing, and Deathgiver. Darkstar was a power hungry cat though, and he disliked the way we (his siblings) guided the cats we had brought to the wild. It was only the beginning of theWarriors lives, before even the Warrior Code was written, and Darkstar saw potential within the cats. Quietly he began to recruit a few here, a few there, until he had an army of cats hidden within the rest. When the time came, he gave the command and fighting broke out. I realized who was behind it and attacked Darkstar. It pained me to do so. He was my brother, but I had to and so I killed him. With his death the fighting froze. The cats that had been behind Darkstar turned on me, Angelwing, and Deathgiver. Battle broke out again, cats trying to protect us and cats trying to kill us. Many died, including myself, Angelwing, and Deathgiver. In death, Angelwing made the call to banish Darkstar from what she had named StarClan. The Clan of the dead. Darkstar was forced into the dark forests of death, in what Deathgiver named NoClan. In death, we three siblings left, watched in pain as our cats continued to fight. With no leaders, the cats had no idea what to do. And so Deathgiver and Angelwing came to them on the eave of a great battle and formed the first 5 clans. They split the cats into 5 clans based on their attributes and guided them into the Warrior Code. CloudClan, HollowClan, PuddleClan, SunkenClan, and DarkClan came to exist. My brother and sister left me in charge of StarClan and rose to a higher level of existence. The Clan cats no longer remember Angelwing and Deathgiver, for they live on an omnipotent level and watch over us all. They are the ones that come to me in StarClan to tell me of news and other things I will need. Not only do they watch over the Clans, but they watch over the Tribe too.

Rules Any updates to these rules will be posted in an announcement. You are responsible for keeping up with them!

Please read carefully. Failure to follow these rules can result in consequences! All offenses will be evaluated by the crew and myself.
- You must be a member of the guild to post in our forums.
- Do not create threads in the Main Forum.
- Advertise this guild all you like, but please be civil about. Any sort of Harassment or forcing of others to join this guild will not be tolerated.
- Observe anything and everything posted by a Crew member outside of RP.
- Check the Main Forum for useful information and guides that could be helpful.
- Drama, coercion, harassment, and rudeness are unacceptable in the forums or chat room. Contact myself or a Crew member if a member is causing problems.
- Check the announcements (link coming soon) regularly. Myself and the rest of crew will communicate with the whole guild via Guild Announcements.
- You must post in the guild. Inactive members will be sifted through and removed every couple of months. If you know you will be absent, please inform myself or a crew member.
- Members must sign these rules prior to posting with in the guild.
- This is a roleplay guild for the concept invented by Erin Hunter in the Warriors Series. It is an Alternate Universe situation and very little from the books will be used within the RP of the guilds.
-Do not impersonate any Crew member of this guild. Actually, just don't impersonate anyone. It will result in the automatic removal of yourself from the guild.
- Follow anything a Crew member tells you to do. They are there for a reason.
- If you feel a crew member is abusing their power, please feel free to contact myself, or any other Vice Captain about the issue and the situation will be looked over, evaluated, and dealt with.
- All forums are to be used for Roleplaying purposes unless otherwise stated.
- When you wish to talk out of character within a Roleplay area, please use some form of brackets or otherwise state that it is out of character. For example: { ((Hey great character. I love what you're doing with him.)) or OOC: Do you think these two could fall in love? }
- This is a Semi-Literate Roleplay. Please write a minimum of 3 sentences per post/character. Try and Keep the spelling and grammar correct. Please do NOT, I repeat do NOT write in chat-speak.Occasional occurrences are permitted, but please, don't make a habit of it. (Things like lol, and omg are only ok in OCC)
-If you intend to quote, please use the spoiler code to keep them hidden. Only quote the member, not their entire post. For example
[spoiler][quote=”username”][/quote][/spoiler]
- Stay in character. Do not godmod. That means taking control of another’s character or forcing them to do something with their character without giving them a chance to post. You must respect other roleplayers
- First-person roleplaying is not accepted in the guild (ex: “I walked out of camp.”. Using ‘I’, ‘me’, etc.). Use third person (Ex: “Brambletail walked out of camp.”). Also post in past tense (Ex: instead of posting, "He walks by himself.", we ask that you write, "He walked by himself.")
-Please include your character's name, clan, and status in each post. A picture is not required but appreciated.
-Please refrain from using names from the actual series such as Firestar, Fireheart, Sandstorm, Squirrelflight, etc.
-When you have finished reading the rules please "sign" them. By doing this, you are agreeing to follow all rules and are agreeing to any punishment that is decided on if you fail to follow all rules.
