How active are you in the guild? Right now I'm not since I haven't been approved.
Why do you want to hold the rank of Espada?I always liked the Espada more than the Soul Reapers and have always been able to come up with the idea for one of the most crazy and lovable Espada ever. Loveable as in you like him more than he should be.
Why do you think you will do well as a Espada? Cause I'm crazy enough that the guy is almost like me minus the super powers and murders.

Jacob was smiling and actually shaking now in sheer insanity at the very thought of what was happening before him. The number six that was tattooed onto his back showed his rank as a fellow Espada but he knew he was so much more powerful. That was why he was challenging the current level Two espada for their spot. The current was a man with bright orange hair and grayish eyes. A line of blue was his idea of war paint and his hollow hole was just before his shoulder. Unlike Jacob, this man was a fist fighter while Rose loved using Balas and Ceros. Then there was the fact the Second Espada gave up his ability to regenerate, but Jacob never let his fellow Espada know that. Flicking his thumb across his nose he cracked his neck and awaited his enemy's reply to the challenge.
"Fine I shall strike you down if you wish.
Now Jacob was laughing louder, as he drew his twin swords. "Then show me you zetta sons of digits." He smirked then it begun. His enemy flashed forward and swung one of his might fist downward hoping to catch Jacob off guard, but the espada wasn't a fool. As his sword clashed with the other man's fist he smiled and held his second hand over the man's face. A grayish black orb appeared and the second espada's eyes flew open in fear. Jacob laughed out loud as he fired a point blank Bala at the espada. His eyes moved along as the other espada tried to flash away, but Jacob was faster. Unlike his enemy who had grown lazy with thinking he would hold his spot forever, he had spent day in and day out working to be the best there was.
Appearing behind the man he placed his hand on the espada's back and with his free hand gave a peace sign. "This is my game. Your so zetta slow." He smirked and unleashed a second Bala into the man's back. This caused the arrancar to go flying upward toward the sky but Jacob wasn't done just yet. Using soindo he started to blast upward until he was under the second. Laughing he fired one bala that hit the man in the spin and sent him flying upward even further. "Sine." Not finished he flashed upward past the man and spun his foot around catching the espada in the jaw. Blood sprayed from the man as he was once again thrown back even further by the lower ranked arrancar. "Cosine." Finally the man flipped around and spat a small amount of blood to the side. The time was over for games and he spun his sword outward. It was a small dagger but the release was what needed to be worried about.
But Jacob wasn't going to have any of that. Moving his arms backward he laughed even more having completely lost his mind and begun charging up a Grand Ray Cero. "Enough of this. Scar-"Your out of your vector." The sixth espada roared and aimed the massive cero forward. "Tanget!" He screamed as the gray blast flew forward and hit the second in the middle of his release. A painful screech filled the air as the man's body was blown to bits by the power behind Jacob's cero. Throwing his head back, the man let out a howl of victory before landing on the ground and looking up at the crowd of other espada. Their leader nodded and pointed a finger at Jacob. A small burning feeling started but it soon faded as the six on his back changed into a two. Smiling the new second espada bowed and then moved to his new seat.
