Personality: It is revealed that he excels in all areas of leadership except one—he will not cooperate with others. More of a mathematician than a brawler, Jacob loves to speak in mathematical terms and cannot refrain from making a calculation or from telling a math joke during conversation, to the point of obsession and perhaps mental instability. Arrogant and willing to show it in whatever way necessary, he ceaselessly tries to prove his value and his strength. He has a strange habit of gathering together junk heaps, claiming that they are a precisely calculated form of art; this can be viewed as performance art reflecting his views that "The world is garbage" and lacks any beauty.

Biography: When he was little, Jacob loved to draw and was a genius at all types of math. When he was born he brother was already 18 and his mother died during the birth. The next day their father killed himself leaving Jacob's older brother to raise his brother like a son. At times Jacob was happy but many times, his brother would get angry and beat the poor boy. Already his mind was starting to grow dark and he would in turn use it for art. At the age of 18 his brother had gotten overly drunk and brought his new girlfriend over to the house. Jacob had been working on his newest drawing when the two drunks walked in and started to tear up everything. Heartbroken and pissed, Jacob grabbed a ruler that had been torn in half and walked into the master bedroom where he saw his brother and the woman together. Bloodlust filled his eyes and in his fury he stabbed the woman first and then his brother before they could figure out what happened. But instead of feeling guilty, Jacob loved the feeling of killing them. He finally found something that was truly beautiful and he wanted more. Piling up the remains of both his artwork and his brother and the woman he left the room. For months he went around doing this killing and leaving trash piles afterwards. Some how he managed to beat the system and never once get caught but that got boring. So finally one night tired of the world he was in, Jacob killed himself with the same ruler he had used for his first murder. Hours later he awoke as a hollow having felt guilty for missing out on all the fun. For thousands of years he went around eating souls of everything before finally changing. His love for art and math grew along with his need to cause someone to bleed and when he finally was allowed to become a Espada he showed that while not the best he was by far one of the greatness. Now he has grown lazy and spends more time working on his art and studying other fights between his fellow Espada.

1. Falling Moon Cero: In the air Jacob uses both of his hands to start charging an ultimate cero. The falling moon cero is a massive Grand Ray Cero Oscuras that when being made is positioned in line with the sun or moon to create the illusion that Jacob is in fact holding the moon. When used the Falling Moon Cero is fired like a ball and when it hits its target a massive explosion reaching a total of 235 yards is seen after which.
2. Investigative Immunization Expert: Jacob has a variety of methods for analyzing an opponent's abilities, such as studying the damage done to their former opponents. Once having done so, Jacob can nullify the effects of their abilities, making him virtually immune to their attacks. This works best on poisons and illusions. Other attacks are simply lowered by 25% however this can be stacked if the enemy uses the attack more than once in a battle since he has already seen a few of the weaknesses in the attack.
3. High-Speed Regeneration: Despite having great speed, durability, and attack power, Jacob's greatest strength lies in his regenerative power. One which most Arrancar give up in return for greater strength. He can quickly regenerate any part of his body except for his brain and internal organs.
4. Level i Death: Jacob's number attack and best way to win and lose in one turn. By stamping his hollow mark onto a surface, he can then send all his remaining spiritual pressure into this mark. Known as Taboo he will then start to expand and grow becoming a living time bomb (will go off in three post) capable of wiping out a small city (the size of Tokyo) leaving nothing remaining besides the spot where he had placed his mark.
Segunda Etapa Abilities:

2. Bala Finger Pistol: Points out two of his fingers and then begins to unleash a barrage of bala that while not that powerful as one, when grouped up can be deadly.
3. Cero Saber: As a final ability during his Segunda Etapa form, Jacob can create a cero in each hand and cover and shape it into a make shift blade. This blade is as powerful as the cero used for the attack but doesn't explode on contact. Used in close combat this is showed to be the number one attack used during this form.
